I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. They took out money the day after i paid them on well blackfriday weekend of all weekends. They have took now 4 days ( still going longer ) for a manager or a district manager to simply call me. To resolve this issue i now have other bills that were supouse to be paid but they took out money so now i am geting NSF fees because of this . and apparently what the clerk said those NSF fees are my problem and i have to pay out of my pocket for those NSF fees cause of there mix up? Un trustworthy company they harrass you with non stop calls when you need to pay them but when they owe you be lucky if you get it. Also most reviews are the clerks????

Best customer service. I have used other cheque cashing places, but I only come to this one now. The customer service is impeccable, they went out of their way to get done what I needed. I live on the mountain, but it is worth the drive. At the other places, most reps are arrogant and not very helpful, forget the all the ones on Upper James, I have seen reps yell at seniors and turn away people on the regular, including myself. You want easy going people that make you feel like a person and not some annoyance, go to Cash 4 you on James at the City Centre.

false advertising i went in last night to get a line of credit and all the signs say approved in minutes so i get to the line i am told i was pre approved up to 5 grand and they tell me i have to wait till the next day to be approved well its almost 12 hrs later have not heard from them should have went to money mart or one of the other store like this checking into a false advertisement claim against them through the BBB and the consumer protection act along with the payday loans act and rights witch they violate daily Update I got rejected after being pre approved for 5 grand they said they did a credit check after looking at my credit score on credit karma i realized they never even processed the application cause there was no credit check done but its ok because i went from there to money mart and the other 2 cash places and was approved at both you guys will never get my business again and i was a dedicated customer of theirs for 10 years never once missed a payment or late on a payment i urge others to start rejecting this place as well let put them out of business with lack of customers

Although I do have somewhat of a good experience here when I do need to cash a cheque, ect. I dont mind their customer service however, they post their opening hours are mon-friday open 9am-9pm yet I'm still waiting for the doors to be open right now and the day and time is Tuesday (no holiday) and its 9:45am. What's happening here? When you have places to be and people who are waiting on you, this is very frustrating. There is no sense in even calling there because with no workers in side how can anyone answer the telephone. If you have posted all over the internet and even on your buildings door, then be open when you say you're going to be open.

Possibly the worst customer service and payday loan company I have ever dealt with. This company doesn't have a contact number for their customer support over the phone. It's been almost 2 days since I applied for a payday loan and it's just not stop back-and-forth emails. It's very simple to ask for all the requirements in one email. I have yet to receive the loan nor do I want to take it from this company ever again, I don't recommend anyone else to do so either. Alternatively, try Pay2day, they're awesome all around.

Walked in to pick up money sent through wester union that was a gift for our newborn. So many of my families have sent us cash gifts from across the globe for the arrival of our little one and I have never had any issues with picking up the money. Went here for the first time only to be declined service because my middle name was not on the information my aunt sent. But all my family has only used my first and last name and never had any issues with western union transactions. I went straight to the other cash 4 you location after this and the other location was such a breeze. No issues whatsoever and they gave me my money right away. Someone just didn’t want to do their job, in seems like it. Terrible service.

The manager is extremely pushy that you write a review like to the point where I was so uncomfortable I pulled it all up and started writing a good one (the day before hand I had the worst experience with someone who didn’t know what they were doing then tried to get mouthy about it) I didn’t want to write a review let alone a good one but I did anyways as he was extremely pushy and kept asking me to before he’d give me the money I borrowed. I then got charged $50 more then what I was supposed to be so I didn’t have it in that account so then my bank charged a $45 NSF fee, they then tacked on another $50 that I for some reason had to pay. I didn’t bother arguing and just decided I won’t return there. This review has been edited from the first time I was there as my statement was wrong.

I’m not quite sure if I am able to put into words the disgust and disappointment I feel towards Cash4you right now. My experience with Cash4you over the past few weeks has been nothing but disappointing and what truly blows my mind is learning after being a ten plus year client using your services in good standing is being black listed without an explanation. I have reached out to both frontline and online members of their team and NO one seems to want to follow up or get back to me. As consumers our assumption is Service Based business would be rooted in customer service and focus on client relationships in ensure the success and longevity of their businesses, in the case of Cash4you I am wrong! On numerous occasions I have tried to discuss my concerns with Management and upper Management and no one has gotten back to me (Even after being promised a follow up call it has been 3 days I am still currently waiting for a response) I have learned from store front agents that Cash4you has taken away any autonomy agents may have to resolve issues at store level forcing the clients to reach out to head office via calling 1-800 number, but what I have also learned the hard way over the past few weeks is no one is available at the other end of that 1-800 number to respond. This week I stood in one of the stores for approx. 80mins and while the frontline agent was on leaving voicemails, emails and then finally spoke on the phone with his district manager regarding my account and concerns… and after finally getting a hold of him on the phone and expressing to him that all I want is simple explanation as to why my account was blacklisted that DM couldn’t be bothered to speak with me. When asked for more information about DM like name or email, the store front agent informed me that he isn’t allowed to share personal information about company leadership with me, when I asked for a copy of my account (showing all balances were paid) he was unable to provide that as well and in closing redirected me to use the 1-800 number, while still patiently waiting for a response from your company I have decided to write this open letter. Horrible service. They are the absolute worst to deal with. They can't seem to comprehend basic english. I made a promise arrangement to pay them back since i lost my job and they took out the funds the next day after I spoke to them which resulted in an NSF they wanted me to pay for even though it was their mistake. Then after paying the entire loan, they said they would have the manager call me back so I do not have to pay the NSF Fee, no call from a manager and a week later, they took out more money from my account which resulted in another NSF Fee. Guess who is now liable to pay for that again? ME?! Is it fair? I think not. They are jerks and rip offs. Do not deal with them! Money Mart and Cash Money are more professionals.
