***BEST EXPERIENCE BY FAR*** I don't write many reviews, but by far this deserves one. I was referred to Jeff Masters for my next purchase of a vehicle. Jeff was absolutely fantastic to work with. He had responded to me within 5 minutes of my initial email to him. He was honest, upfront and explained everything to me without hesitation to my own circumstances. I am 30 minutes away from the dealership and Jeff brought me down the SUV to test drive and delivered it to me himself on the day of sale. ***I NEVER EVEN HAD TO STEP IN THE DEALERSHIP*** He gave it a personal touch and made it about MY new purchase. I was so impressed that I plan on having all my service completed by the dealership in the future.
