I recently refinanced my mortgage with Cardinal Financial. Deanne Taylor, Branch and Ops Manager, walked me through the process from start to finish with fantastic results. She was very responsive, communicated well and answered all of my questions in detail. Based on my excellent experience with Cardinal Financial, and Deanne's customer service, I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who might be interested in getting a mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage :-)

This is the worst experience I have ever had in either applying for a mortgage or refinancing. The people involved (except for the loan officer - D McKnight) were completely incompetent. They requested information in a piece meal manner and some time, requested the information multiple times. Also, they did not even review carefully what was provided and requested the same info again. Two delays in closing and a day after the second scheduled closing, they asked again for another piece of information. I just wasted the last six weeks with these people. After all this torture, I told them I am no longer interested in working with them. Stay away@

I would give it a zero but not an option, deception at its finest. I have email and text messages to show anyone who is thinking of dealing with this company. I would steer clear of this mortgage broker.
