If i could give negative stars i would. Staff is absolutely rude. Cristal is the only hope. Had my wife try and make a payment (a few days late) due to a death in our family. And Tonya refuses to accept "partial payment" because of 4$ in fees. Then proceeds to throw my money back at my wife. Before she had the chance to go out to the car and get the 4 dollars.These people are trained con artists. No people skills at all or an education for that matter. Meanwhile all this is going on with 2 "new" clients. Ive seen friendlier cockroaches. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!.

Let start off with the staff, they are undeniably the best in town. They treated me with respect and kindness as soon as I walked through the door. They understood my situation and made sure that I would get the help that I needed to get me through a hard time. They walked me through the entire process leaving no stone unturned. I felt welcomed every time I came in to make a payment. Even when they called me after I did the loan to check in with me, I felt like family and that they really did care about me. Even after I paid off the loan, they called to check in to see if I needed anything and how I was doing. That to me is straight up customer service. I will always recommend the title max in goose creek. The staff are wonderful. Without them I don’t know where I would be.
