I put a lot of pressure on Martin and Ann when purchasing my home in 2017, their was subjects to remove that the forest fires were creating a nightmare with, timelines were bumped up sooner than expected, I had previous poor life choices that werent helping anything, time crunches set upon us, paper work to retrieve and go through and If that's not enough, I was on shift work out of town through almost the entire process!!! Thankfully I happened to be referred to Martin Krell from a friend and he made a very stressful situation go nice and smoothly! Arranging meetings that suited my schedule and making dates for when I was out of camp, answering phone calls consistently to go over things and there were times for him where he was not able to call me and ask important things when he needed to at all due to my job! Complete gratitude is and was given to Martin for dealing with all this and making me not lose my mind in the process. Even to this day I can still call, ask questions and have a pleasant conversation knowing he cares and will get the answers I need back to me in a very timely manner. Highly, highly recommend going through dominion lendings and dealing directly with Martin and Ann! Can not say enough good things truely! Happy home buying!
