Went to Integris on 6th ave for help. Met up with Kathy Mercedes and she did not once ask me what I wanted, what my plans are, or listen to my reasons for being there. First thing she said, after we went through the pleasantries, was for me to go to another bank. I understand that she may not have been able to help me with my problem but I also asked for her advice which she down right refused to give. Throughout the appointment she just kept saying that because I was not a member that I needed to go to another bank, not even listening to me saying that I wanted to become a member. I was really interested into switching to Integris but now I am not so sure. Integris representatives need to start listening to their clients, whether or not they are a member.
