Krystin Dubuc needs to be educated in the basics of how to read and understand a basic legal business contract. I also suggest she receives proper training in customer service as she has an appalling (and rather hilarious) lack of manners and people skills. I encourage her to work on her own personal values of honesty, integrity, good character, professionalism and maturity as she is very much lacking in all of these areas.
