Very awesome experience for my first vehicle purchase. They helped and accommodated to get me my Nissian Titan. I dealt with Wayne and he was awesome. He also helped my boyfriend find his truck as well a few months before. Would defiently recommend.

Just awful. Everything is majorly overpriced for starters, the salespeople have absolutely no clue about what is going on with their inventory. The gentleman who I dealt with continuously pushed me to purchase a vehicle that I had clearly stated was out of my budget, the vehicles were not in great shape. I'm unsure of how this place stays in business to be quite frank. I would highly recommend to shop elsewhere for a vehicle.

I needed a new car, and had no idea of where to find one. Approx ten years before I had bought a car through a salesman name Lorne Zakaruk who I trusted, and he found me a great used car. So I started asking around, and found out that Lorne is employed by Action Motors. I phoned Lorne and from the first call, it was come down and see me as I have a car for you. I spent two Saturdays in a row with the staff from Action Motors, and now I am driving a Volkswagen Golf which I love. Larry and Lorne treated me so well and were all about getting me the best car for my budget. If looking for a vehicle, trust Action Motors, great people and good cars. Ask for Lorne, best salesman ever.

Went on the used"car" lot and wow those cars are used hard... the old salesperson was very very pushy trying to sell vehicles that wont start and when they do make so many noises it was disgusting queensway lot 1/10 selection very expensive the ower Larry is a knowbody and has a horrible reputation around town !!!!DONT go there!!!!

Traded straight across my mint truck for a used 1 ton of similar value. Drove off the lot in the rain, couldn’t get my wipers to turn off the next day. Determined that if I ever wanted to have my wipers off again the multi-switch needed to be replaced which cost me $80 + $100 for install. They also sold truck with only one key which I discovered to be the “my-key” which had both volume and speed limited, so I had no choice but to spend another $600 to get new key. Delearship assured they would cover the cost. I sent the invoices, heard nothing but crickets. Sent several follow up emails (I don’t live in PG) but no replies received nor reimbursement as promised. Requested to trade back and offered to throw a few $1000 on top to cover additional costs but they refused! Would NOT deal with again, shady business with poor values. Buy at your own risk, they will not stand behind their inventory, if you drive off the lot you’re on your own. And don’t kid yourself, at least 3 of the positive Google reviews have been left by one of their employees (Filipovic)!!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased here in the last few years and I cannot recommend them enough. Good people to do business with.

We came into this dealership and it was pretty hilarious on so many levels. The salesman was terrible and didn't listen while we mentioned what we wanted and how much of a budget we had. He kept showing us things we were not interested in even after telling him what we did want and not want. He also told us precisely when he was about to sell us, his "spiel" he said. Hahaha. If you ever wanted to know what NOT to do in sales, come to this dealership, they'll give you a PhD in everything NOT to do in sales. I'll be off to spend my hard earned cash elsewhere....

Well I stoped in at Action motores. the rep came out right away and introduced him self. Great guy. I told him what my plan was and now they are working with me on making a deal. And trading in my car. They is all so helping me with a discrepancie with the last dealership that messed up my loan papers (Vancouver based company). Word of advice "All ways buy from local area" . They go the extra mile. They are honest, helpful, polite and friendly I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. Plus they have gummy bears lol

My experience with action motors has been nothin less than horrendous. My wife and I came to them to buy a mini van and they were all cool and kind while they are trying to sell us this van. As soon as we agreed and signed the papers the experience turned terrible. We had an issue with an alternator and we had purchased a (joke) warrenty through them, when I phoned to get some information about the warranty the lady who answered the phone acted as she was annoyed that she had to do her job and then went and told me that it was my problem and that I had to deal with it myself. I phoned back later and talked to someone who was actually helpful. But again, a terrible experience. Recently my engine siezed and I took it to their shop. Again I had issues with the warranty and had to pay for it myself. They asked for a deposit. I paid it and they got started. However it took them 6 days to get everything taken care of. And I had my tools stolen from my van. The shop manager (Brad) was reasonable and helpful. Really the only person I had any good experience dealing with. Which brings me to my experience dealing with the owner (Larry). I went in to talk with him about the issues I have been having and all he would tell me is that its not his problem and that, basically; he doesnt take responsibility for any problems that anyone could have. I speant all of 10 mins talking to him and left with the understanding that him and his company are absolutly appauling. I also learned through talking to other people that him and action motors are in multiple lawsuits for similar issues. Had I known this before I went there, I simply wouldnt have. I will never recomend action motors to anyone ever.

Had a great experience here Larry was awesome to deal with.. Huge selection too ! I talked to one of his other customers who got financed here when no one ells could. There is often lots of negativity in the used car business but any one i talked to that bought here was happy they did Im sure glad i didnt listen to the sour grapes that left poor comments because if i had i would not have had the awesome experience i did here !
