Julie was extremely quick to respond to all of my questions and made the entire mortgage experience a breeze. It was as easy as filling out the application for a pre-approval, which she completed for me within an hour after sending it back to her. Then after I found a place she let me know what documents were required from my end. I sent her the usual documents like ROE, bank statements, t4 and NOA and then I was approved for a way better rate than what TD was trying to pillage me with! Thanks Julie! I look forward to working with you again in the very near future.
