Pyxy here. Edit 4 days later: I have never had such fantastic service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Every single staff member was welcoming, kind and proficient. Brian got me in for an oil change and a couple other minor things and Allen in service took care of me like a queen. Needed a tire and Allen got one here in one day. I opted to wait until the following day for installation. Dan in parts ran me to a store so I could grab another purse as the shuttle was going to be 45 minutes. Chatted with Bonnie and Ange behind the apparel counter and they're just like the other staff!! Plus they bring in homemade cookies and more importantly THEY SHARE!! Almost wish I lived in Newfoundland. Pricing better than Edmonton on the tire too! Thanks so much to everyone at Mile One, you're AWESOME! Original post: Just got into Antigonish, saw the dealership was open until 5 pm and called to see if I could possibly get an oil change Monday or Tuesday but received the message via phone that it was closed. It was 3:40 pm or so when I called so am a bit disappointed. I've been riding hard, made it from Moose Jaw to Antigonish in 6 days. I will be arriving by ferry tomorrow to hopefully spend a week touring the Rock if I can get a quick oil change. Pretty please? Gave 3 stars because I'm still hoping! I have put over 6,000 km on Intrepid since leaving Edmonton and she needs a little pampering! If you have call display please call me back or I will try again Monday morning. Thanks!

Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and show great passion for their brand. The shop is laid out with a collection of motorcycles, motor clothes, parts and change rooms. I consider a Harley floor display as the best bling around. It never gets old looking at Harley's. Attach is a photo of my latest Harley, which has been my third bike from this brand.

I dropped my Streetglide Special to This place yesterday 18 May 2018 for a simple oil change. A bike I bought at this dealership. They could not estimate the time when it would be completed. I left my cell and my wife’s cell number for them to call when it was completed. No one called. Their web site and answering message indicates the hours for today Saturday is that it is open until 5PM. I went by today to get my bike and the place is closed until Tuesday, 22nd of May. A piece of paper on the door is the only indication of the place is closed today. I live in St Alban’s which is 6 hours away. To say that I’m extremely pissed off is putting it mildly. I have to travel home today and return again next weekend due to a simplie oil change. Another person was there to purchase a battery for his bike. He travelled from Holyrood and was very upset also. Back when Josh was still working at rugged rock I was super happy with my experience. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and seemed excited to help me find the right bike for me. Sadly Josh no longer works at rugged rock and the quality of service hasn't been the same. I've been in a few times sense then to look at the bikes and I do get sales people asking if they can help but I no longer feel welcome. Every time I am simply told to view the website for bikes. I feel like I'm bothering them by coming in to look. I hope this changes in the future.

Took my new bike to the dealer for the first time for a 1600km service. Bike is a Harley but purchased at another dealer out of province. A sales rep told me months before purchase they could not get me the color I wanted so I took it in my own hands and got the bike I wanted! So I dropped the bike off at noon around 11:30 to be exact. I then went inside purchased a brand new $750 motorcycle jacket and $100 pair of gloves. The sales lady’s where amazing Big shout out to Bonnie Green your awesome thank you! Now I didn’t get the bike back until 4:30! Only cause I asked what was taking so long. The bike had been completed since 2:00 when the test ride was completed. I know this cause I was inside the dealer when my bike returned from the test ride. I was only charged for 2 hours labour for the service which made since. They said the bike was waiting to be washed after the service was completed but seems like there in a few more bikes ahead of yours they said, might not get it done today, I asked the guy so when do you close he said 5 so I asked will my bike be cleaned before then and well he said I’m not sure few bikes ahead of yours. Me after waiting around all day, my bike was like the 3rd last one to be dropped off that day. my bike was just pushed to the back of the line. So I paid for my service and told them I will clean it myself, and well the bike was not the cleanest. Very unfortunate that this the only Harley dealer closes to me, over 600kms from my home and has sad as it is I did not feel like I was apart of the Harley family. just because the sales manager said “you should have bought your bike here and we take trade ins”. Now this is a brand new Harley 1600kms on it. Right on buddy. 5 stars just for the sales ladys! 1 star for the service department! So 3 star for the dealer overall.
