I used both Mark and Wally in our home buying experience. Mark was fine and had no issues. My main issue was with Wally. Nice fellow but honestly not a great realtor. I feel like he did not care about us, took days to reply to us, whenever we had an issue he always said he's hands were tied and there was nothing he could do. And even during our final walkthrough we pointed out things to him that we noticed were wrong with the house and he said he would address them but when it came to meeting with the lawyers, they told me, and sent me the email from Wally, saying the house was good to go not even addressing ANY of the concerns we had. It was overall a huge disappointment in our first home buying experience when I know a lot of realtors who really would have cared and been there for us! I would not recommend him! Please just do your research. Also we did have a few realtors in mind that we had planned to use however when we meet with Mark to see if we would even qualify for the home we wanted, he brought in Wally to chat to us and once he started emailing us info on the house we felt it would be rude to see another realtor but sadly I wish we had as I feel like it would have made our overall experience a lot better.
