Its common sense they tell you as well that its a short term loan with high interest if you cant afford to pay it off don't get it very simple. They are loan sharks but its a business its how they make they money. Again if you cant afford the long term of the loan don't bother trying to get a loan. Date of review: 02/11/2021 I have been paying on a loan with these guys for forever....my own fault. However, I submitted a payment on January 31st that has yet to be withdrawn. (I have proof I submitted payment on time). On top of that I can’t check my account online because the website says my account doesn’t exist. I also tried calling and the automated line says they can’t find record of me. I tried to actually talk to someone but the automation tells me to leave a voicemail....voicemail box full?????? Loan Me....you people need to get it together!!! 02/12/2021 Edit: Thank you for responding! I'm changing my review. My account number changed and that caused issues. You guys finally emailed me today correcting the problem. I just hope you are waving late fees due to most having issues logging in to pay. (I didn't have a late fee, just a suggestion...just in case). Anyways, I got logged in and I actually really like your new setup a lot better. I know some changes take time, maybe next time send out a mass email or something...keep your customers informed beforehand. Thank you!!!

I'm dealing with a family member caught up in this company. From what I've seen, the impression I get is that what they are doing is illegal. I've listened in on conversations when they are offered money by a third party, cash or debit only. They seem to be going the extra mile to keep him in debt so they can continue to collect interest. To date, he's borrowed 2k, and paid back almost 3k.

I've been trying to get someone to call me and/or email me for a month now. I have not gotten a response. I've been trying to log on to my account and for some reason when I enter my information, the portal is "unable to find a loan for me". I'm extremely annoyed. Please whoever responds to this, dont give me that generic email feedback@loanme because I've done that. LoanMe might have a high interest rate but thanks to them my family will get Christmas. LoanME, you came through for me when no one else would and I am so thankful! I think the people that complained are either being dishonest or don't understand how things work. Every detail was explained to me, and i was encouraged to pay my loan off early to save money. They were upfront about the cost and rate etc. I would recommend if you can pay off early, if you are looking for a long term solution, maybe not the best.

I'm giving loan me a 2 star rating because the more I paid my payments the higher my balance got. Loan me is what you would call a predatory loan. The interest is so high you will never pay the loan off by making the payments you were set up to make. Unless you can pay the whole loan off after a couple of weeks then forget it. My payments were $350 a month for a $2600 loan. I made my payments to them for 5 months, I then called to get my balance with them and it was $3495.... really?... I had to get a family loan to pay them off.... it's a dangerous game to play getting a loan from Loan Me.... don't do it basically.

These people are shameful, the interest is super high at 135% (not joking) and the interest goes up every day! Its ridiculous! My family and I were in need and needed money quickly but it seems like with these people the situation is even worse. Please restructure yourselves, you're company is hurting people- we have other bills to pay. We shouldn't have to owe 18,000 just for taking out 2,000 that's totally unfair.

I payed off the loan completely, then a few days later I get charged my minimum monthly payment? For what? The loan is cleared!! I had to dispute that charge because frankly it was complete BS!!

They discuss everything and for a quick loan this is the answer and you should know the prive you would pay, but they have options of early payment without penalties so if you dont plan to keep the loan for a long time jus pay it off as soon as you could.

Horrible experience. The person was on the phone with her friend, talking about how she hates working there and they hadn't paid her in weeks. She was rude when I asked her to help me and continued to complain to her friend over the phone. She was cussing and didn't know what she was doing. She was distracted the entire time and another customer had to step in and help me out with the situation. Terrible experience.

SECOND EDIT: They did call back, after the issue no longer mattered. The online profile doesn't give you an option to pay down principle. I am hoping I can paying off the loan early and washing hands from this company. You live and learn. EDIT: 3 days from first review. I finally got access to log into my account (magically the person that was in charge of my loan was finally able to assist) Left multipule messages eith customer service and still no responce. Ignorance still flows from this company. Still researching legal matters for possible lawsuit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE!! I've attempted to contact them so I can log into my online account so I can pay down the principal (because the intrest rate is 209%) and so far I've had no contact. My loan number doesn't work either. If the continuance of their ignorance perseids as they choose to ignore my attempts to handle this internally, I will start a class action lawsuit to address this. Based off of the comments, I'm sure I can find more cases and all of us that have been screwed over will be repersented appropriately.

They want your birth certificate and your social security card and your car registration and drivers license and your credit cards and your bank account and your job info. and references all that in two days and at the end of the 2nd day they will deny you and tell you they send you a letter after wasting your time. In 2016 I received a loan from loan me. Loan me approve me for the loan with a very very high interest rate at 186% interest rate, to where at the end of me paying my loan off I would had paid loan me 18,000 when I only got a loan for 2,500. At the time I needed help and had no choice. I feel if a company is going to help you they should not help you to put you in debt. I would not recommend Loan me for a loan because of the high interest rate. If a person going to have a high interest rate like the one I had they should not be approved. Interest rate should be no more than 30% like the loan that I have now with a different company it works. so beware of loan me.

I gave them two stars because it's easy to get a loan from them but they do whatever they can to keep you paying their loan for the full term. They make it so hard to pay your loan off. I have been trying to pay my loan off for three days now. I use a debit card on the website and I have to make multiple payments because they won't accept any payment over $1100. But when I made two payments of that amount it took 3 days for me to find out the payment didn't even go through. Now I have to pay 3 more days of 135% interest. I try to call over the phone using a family member's bank account and although I have all the info, they still want me to get my family member on the phone and do a conference call. I've called them over 5 times in the past 3 days and I still have not paid off my loan. Also, when you call to make a one time late payment, they ask you all these questions... why are you paying late? what happened? how much of the payment are you missing? Are you going to be expecting to make another late payment? Are you having financial hardship? ...Geez people, I just need 3 more days to pay this month's payment! What's so hard to understand? You are better off getting a loan with RISE or my favorite place to get a loan for people with not so good credit is One Main Financial. I will never take out a loan with Loan Me again.

Horrible customer service and lending practices. My father took out a loan for $2500 and due to his credit situation and he was in a pinch agreed to their high interst rate, somewhere over 100%. In any case he started his loan in July or August of 2016 and he made his first payment on time then tragically passed unexpectedly in September of 2016. Unfortunatley no one was aware of the loan and it immediately defaulted and they charged him over $2000 in interest. I found out about this loan because of his computer so I contacted them to settle all his debts and i presented his death certificate but they would not give me any information or help me settle this with them. We then get a notification from his 401k that my mother was taking over and they had taken out $4200 to pay off his debt with them. This is one f the shadiest things I have ever heard of and I do not know how its legal. They took advantage of his death and would not work with us to settle the actual loan amount plus a REASONABLE and my mother who has no way to support herself beyond the money from my father's 401k, is left picking up the tab on something she did not know about, worst off they will not even give her any information or paperwork showing this was paid and closed because she is not on the account. Overall horrible tactics and terrible human beings - definitely should be called a loan shark. I will make it my mission for the next few years to post everywhere that this company is garbage - I will even take out youtube and google and Facebook ads targeting you if needed, I have the money I don't care, have fun.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a loan company, I have been very diligent for two year every payment on time and I ask one time to hold off on the auto draft due to my paycheck having delay related to the CARR fire and they drafted my account over and over causing me to have fees with my bank and looks like now I’m negative and I have fees with them. I borrowed 3000, in 2 years paid back 5000 and I’m still at 3000... make sure if you borrow the money you pay it right back. They will not work with you.

Bad really bad. I got a ooan of 3100 and in one year i made 12 payments off 286 plus twon big payments of 1500 and 1320. So make math and see how much i paid on interest. All the small payments the where interest so i paid them 6252 dollars back in a year. They don't explain anything that how much you going to actually pay and the loan was for 47 month so if i where pay just the 287 for 47 month i where pay 13442 so imagina how bad is that and my credit is good. So i don't recommend get anything from them becaude they still your money and you can do anything about. I don't understand how a company can do that legally. Does people they don't have soul. And later they call me to see why i was so upsed with them and they tell me that they explained to me witv is not true that wasn't clear like that because i weren't sign up for something like that. They got all my personal identification information and put forward difficult terms for their loan in order to keep me off. They claim that the State of Texas charges almost 200% on top of my loan amount. I quit. But, now I am at the risk of my information being used criminally. This is risky.

They offer me an $18,000.00 loan with a 78 per cent apr, with $1,400.00 payments for 42 months, I didn't get the loan, because it's not convenient and I never saw loan terms so abusive. They continued calling almost every day to ask if I was ready to continue with the process for about 20 days, I never continued, now they sent an email telling me I was not qualified to get a loan. I recently wanted to take out a $2,600 loan for transmission repairs on my car. I was approved for the $2,600 which was great. However after reading all the terms my interest rate was 135% over the course of 48 months I would be paying back over $11,000 on a $2,600 loan. Do not borrow money from these people. Beware you’ve been warned. Don’t waste your time they will tell you you’re approved. Have you jump through hoops for several days then tell you they can’t do the loan. I took out a loan a few years back because I was having a hard time adjusting to the high cost of living in California and made payment arrangements with LoanMe and thought I paid the loan off and it was closed out, only to find out an entire year later that they tell me I still owe just over $3K! When I called customer service they tell me I was a few days late on making the final payment so they reopened the loan which accumulated interest without me knowing about it! Now they are threatening to take me to court for 3,927.13! This is madness! As many people on here having similar complaints against LoanMe should band together to file a class action lawsuit to close this business down. They are taking advantage of people like me who are struggling paycheck to paycheck. They have no conscience at all. They are EVIL!!!

I don't like how they are dishonest in order to try to persuade you to work with them. They called me and said that I was transferred to them by thier referral partner. When I asked who that was, they said they didn't know but that I shoud know. I said I wasn't aware of who the referral partner could be I was then asked had I applied for an business loans lately. I told them I hadn't, he then said "Well I feel we should cancel your application." I said I think you should. He then hung up on me. I don't think that it is very professional to try to obtain business by being dishonest. I'll make this quick and I'll explain why I gave 1 star. You will get approved, they want their money ASAP its not a long term loan. The interest it's WAY TOO MUCH. I burrowed 2600 ended up paying 10,000 after 2 years I finally payed them.. they charge for late fee $15 , return fee 30$. You won't feel the hit til a few months later 98% of the due days goes to interest. If you don't pay them ASAP or on time or extra the interest WON'T GO DOWN. Also if you want to split payments or don't have the funds you will be asked why? Or what's wrong.. basically asking 20 questions why don't you have the $.. after this loan.. I'm good for a while. ALWAYS do your research and know your pros and cons in your own situation before putting yourself in harms way. Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this company within the past 12 hours of dealing with them. They're there for you when you're in a financial bind understandably. Initially, I received a pre-approval letter by mail and gave them a call right away. I dealt with a guy named Jeffrey, who was very professional and explained everything right from the beginning. Everyone talks about the high interest rates but with ANY company you get installment loans from, you will have to pay very high interest rates regardless. My decision of not obtaining a loan from them was not based on reviews, but through a recollection of my own thoughts on whether I really wanted to borrow $2,600 or not, when I really just needed to borrow $300 or less. Unfortunately, the minimum to borrow is $2,600. The money would've really helped me get back on my feet financially due to being unemployed for 3 weeks, bad credit, and having lots of bills. But was it really worth it to obtain a $2,600 loan with a high interest rate, and pay it off within the next 2 weeks (my planned goal) OR just wait to receive my paychecks in the next 2 weeks (which is equivalent to the loan amount anyway). Good luck to all of you and know that with ANY company you get an installment loan from, you will have to pay the loan amount on top of high interest rates anyway. That's the catch.

A recent client borrowed $3000, was charged $25 dollars for admin, and then another $75 for loan originaton for a total loan financed amount of $3100 at 139% APR, compounded daily (360/360). They made 21 timely payments (no misses, no lates - verified with the company) of $352 each and at the time I received the case, the total loan balance was over $3200. From start-to-finish, the total cost of this 4-year loan was supposed be $17,000 => $3000 borrowed, plus $14,000 interest. To make matters worse, when they attempted to pay off this ridiculous note, LoanMe's website had an $1100 limit and a very high fee to make the payment. I then contacted LoanMe by phone on the client's behalf and informed them of my client's desire to satisfy the complete debt. The first agent on the phone stated he could not process any payments higher than the same $1100 the site prescribed, so I requested to speak with a supervisor who could. The result was that the full balance was paid and the payment fees were waived, but they had to run 3 separate charges. Borrowers need to do their due diligence before signing deals like this, but 139% interest should be illegal. For my money, LoanMe is a scam of epic proportions and should not be allowed to exist. Avoid at all costs.

So I borrowed 3100, (mind you there was a fee so I didnt get the full 3100) At the end of June, and was told my first payment would be due on August 1st. Fast forward to July 31st, which is today, I called the agency to pay off the full 3100. After waiting for a rep to pick up after 11 minutes, someone finally picked up the phone. After expressing how i would like to pay off my loan of 3100 that I agreed to borrow, I am then told I owe 3400?!?!?!!! And to top that off they told me they are still going to extract 313.00 from my account tomorrow even if I pay it off today. I was told that my interest started accumulating on July 17th, something I was NEVER informed of. I am not at all pleased with the company and will be escalating this situation.

Because of my bankruptcy almost a year ago, I am thankful that they approved me for a $2600 (that they charge 4X the amount to be paid back). But I missed a payment, they tried to take the money and I ended up accumulating fees from them and my bank. If I could give this negative stars I would give it all -5 because they will give you a loan but after 6 months of paying on a $2600 loan ($300 a month), it actually went up by $1. We literally wasted $1800 paying it off. It's a trap, you'll never get out of it unless you come into that same sum of money. They are legal loan sharks that somehow made it through the loops. Predatorial. They offered me a $4000 loan at 99%APR and $366/month payments for 36 months. If you do the math I was going to end up paying $13,175 for a $4K loan. Long story short I obtained the money I needed elsewhere, they kept calling and everytime I told the person I didn’t need a loan anymore they instantly hung up on me which I find obnoxiously rude and gives me that much more satisfaction I didn’t do business with them. It’s not right to prey on individuals who are going through something in their lives for them to even consider getting such a predatorial loan. Incredibly high interest rate. Took a 6000 loan out and had to take another loan out to pay off immediately. My payments were $500 a month and after paying 5 months ($2500) my principal balance had only gone down by $17. $17!!!!!!! You read that right. I paid $2500 in payments and my balance went down by $17. I went with a loan from lending club and paid this off in full as they would likely bankrupt me. Don't waste your time. I would not even have believed these loans were legal if I wasn't staring in the face of the contract. Most recent: a client who was a single mom, and she only needed $2525. Her annual % rate was 112%!! That means she had a total repayment plan of 242 for 48 months! That means her total amount to be paid back will be $11,494.08!!! Update i returned the funds and canceled this loan these people are horrible..when I looked at the pay schedule they said the loan payments would be 201.18...here is why they are making so much money..the 1.18 is applied to the principle of the loan..the 200.00 is clear and free pocket money for them .all interest...so for every dollar you borrowed 200 or more is the interest and mines was based on a 2500 dollar loan...and they give you a 3 year stretch because they are banking on you stretching it out that long my loan would have costed me 15,000 total .how do you justify this type of behavior and bad business practice and anybody to work for a company that treats people this way in my opinion is just as bad as this company...I called and told them to debit my account and take the 2500 back and cancel my loan contract same day funds came thru..my 1st draft was due December 25th..so I sent the money back and had the account..closed out with them. once the drafts start there is no way out of this mess unless you pay your principle balance in full...people do the math...they are taking you to the bank..so so glad I returned the funds before my first draft. give it back and RUN...they are the worse I ever seen..LOANME SUCKS..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..YOU WILL REGRET IT. And not mention they drafted my account 15.00 for the wire transfer..Yep you pay for that too.

I applied. It was denied. The next day their agent called stating he reviewed the application and said that I can be be qualify for 2600. He sent a link to my email; I filled out the needed documents INCLUDING my bank info for the deposit. Two hours later, that agent called said I was denied, he doesn’t know why and I should get a letter in the mail. This stinks like a scam. They denied once and call up to give false hope just to give you the same results. Worst thing is my credit score will be effected by their run-around false claim. BBB will being notified.

DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM LOANME! I took out a loan with the understanding that I would not be penalized for paying it off early. However, when I made an attempt to do so they insisted I was responsible for the interest over the full loan duration regardless if I was paying it off early. I paid over $1,000 above the original principal amount borrowed and offered an additional $1,000 to close my account. How horrible is that, if you ever think about getting a loan from loan me think twice there website says get money right away. Everyone gets approved but you will never finish your payments. Do not do a loan from them!!!! It is a mafia type loan , a legal loan sharking operation. If you make the minimum payment( which by the way is high) on the amount you borrowed for a year you will have a remaining balance on the loan higher than the amount you originally borrowed. Its very difficult for most to ever pay this off in a reasonable amount of time. I would not even call this a loan of last resort. It should be illegal, but apparently it is not. I did not want to waste my time, have my credit checked, information ran, etc if me being a traveling sales agent was an issue.... The process of review, and recieving the $$ was handled quickly, the person that worked with me was courteous and professional. For the most part they are upfront and honest about payments, interest rates and reccommended that I pay it off as soon I could. This was a very exspensive loan that I would not reccommend to anyone to take out UNLESS you can pay it off within your first Month. I recieved 3100 for my payments being $351 a month. In total I paid $7000. 4000 in interest for an entire year, to finally just paying off the Principle amount of 3000.If you are desperate for cash STILL dont do it. If you can afford to pay ABOUT $500 MORE than the $2200 they actually give you after taxes and fees within a few weeks they are wonderful!! If NOT this will become a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! So when I got my taxes and went to pay them off I asked for a settlement amount and they REFUSED stating they don't settle and I owed another WAPPING $1277. Needless to say I paid that off and asked for an itemized statement showing all billing including payments and fees. If they only allowed me to screenshot the BS they sent me which shows NOTHING of my PAYMENTS, just that I paid them off, and IT states I borrowed 2525. NOTHING ABOUT 400X10 MONTHS +1277=$5277..... $5277-2200= ABOUT A $3000 PROFIT FROM A SINGLE MOTHER MAKING ABOUT $30000 A YEAR.... They TOOK 10%OF MY INCOME AND they are NOT EVEN JESUS.... And they took my credit score DOWN to a 300. But hey like they said, i signed up to be royaly done up the anal with no lube. Gee thanks LOAN ME. So know my initial loan is $2500 I drop it down to $2000 but with the one month and the miss payment know I owe $3500 with just two weeks of being behind.and when I ask for help they try to tell me that the payment that I owe is going towards the end of the contract.what these people are doing is taking advantage of the system knowing that people are going through bad times and they need the extra cash so if u want to be in more debt than what u started than loan me will do that for believe what I say it. I am immensely disappointed with Loan Me. I got a loan for $2600 with the plan to pay off quickly as to not pay their crazy interest rate. I paid via their website. I made one payment then 2 weeks later paid my entire balance as stated on their website. I was relieved to have the loan paid off and to much surprise received a call 2.5 weeks later stating that I owed another $300. How could I still owe if my loan was paid in full?? All these types of loans are usury. I got a 119% loan. I did like that there are not daily withdrawals form my account,. I have a 15 day grace period and pay monthly. If you are desperate, or can turn money around in a short period of time this is the best best I've found. My account manager worked so hard for me. She got my info late morning and had it finished by early afternoon. If you chose this type of loan ask for Melanie Le. She is kind, considerate, professional and worked her butt off for me. Of course these types of loans are what I call Satan loans (so horrid even God disapproves) but some times life happens and this is the best of this type of loan for me. Take note that they are breaking the state law. They are not supposed to be charging high interest rate loans by Virginia State law. I just had the same thing happen as many others. I paid my loan off quickly through their website, made my final payment (website reflected both the interest and principal due). Got an email stating my loan was settled. 2 weeks later I get $91 taken oit of my bank account. Called customer service and demanded that they reverse that charge. They kept insisting that I owed more in interest and that the pay off information was wrong when I made my final payment. They refused to take responsibility for their website being "wrong". So basically they can pull money out of your account whenever they feel like it even though you paid it off.

I'm applying for a second loan and I' have the same problem I had the first time. My only problem with this company are the reapresetatives. The advertising says it's fast and easy and it definitely isn't. They don't send you the money right away first time I applied took almost two weeks to get the money because the reapresetative that was helping me never picked up or return my calls. I'd fax everything accordingly and they always claimed nothing was received. This second time I've applied the reapresentative that originally helped me can't be reached. This company seriously needs to pay attention to the people it has working for them because all the reapresentative are doing. is driving business away. My Loan Amount is 2525 they charged 75 for approving the loan strike 1. If you do not pay it off in 2 months you're paying 10 times what the loan is. Strike 2. And if you make a payment early even 24 hours early they still take out the money on the due date strike 3. Oh and best part there is NO ONE TO HELP YOU!!!!!!!!!! Went to loan me back in 2015 I was desperate and needed a loan got $2600 the interests rate is so high that you owe more than what was loaned . I was paying my payments on time I actually paid $2200 in payments when I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast and bone cancer and had to stop working d/t severe bone pain and the cancer treatments I got behind in my payments since I paid $2200 in payments and borrowed $2600 I asked if I give them $400 If the loan can be squashed they said of course not they were not willing to work with me and everyone I spoke with are VERY RUDE and their only concern was the MONEY ...to make a long story short Loan me took me to court I couldn't show up d/t being very sick from my cancer and the Judge ordered me to pay $2500 I am currently making $100 per month payments without the high interest rate I still have cancer and I am currently not working because of my illness.It is not worth going to Loan me because of the very high interest rates it's hard to pay it off and you end up paying a lot more than what you actually borrowed.

I immediate need of money I contacted this company and within a day I had the money I requested in my account. The application wasn't hard at all and after I provided the little information they asked I was approved. The only thing is that you pay way to much for the loan if you pay until the end of the term. So make sure you are able to pay it back in a timely manner or else you pay 5 times the amount of your loan. I borrowed 2000 and if I max out the 77 payments the gave me I would have paid over 10 thousand. So please get it pay it back quickly.

Not at all a good place for a loan. I got a loan that I need at the moment and planned on paying them back in a month. Once I was gonna pay my 2500$ loan which only got 2100 of the loan. I called to pay what I owed and they told me I would have to pay 467$ plus 2700$ on top of that so I just made the monthly payments for 6 months and seen I owed 3100$ still. So I couldn't afford to pay it or pay it off they got a court order to garnish my wages in which I never got a court order to appear or be garnished. In desperate need of financial assistance, I contacted LoanMe about a loan. My agent there told me I qualified for two loans, one of which was just short of what I needed and the other was more than I needed. I went for the larger amount, sent all kinds of papers in, had my credit pulled, and then after several days was told I only qualified for the lesser amount. I was told it would be a low interest loan because of my credit score, and I committed to the people I owed that I would pay them when the money came in. Applied and got approved for a loan of 2500 and my monthly payment is 294 a month. Ive paid over $500+ total for 3 months already and just to hear that I have a remaining balance is still at 2500 after those payment. High interest/APR and all I see is that my balance won't be going anywhere because I have to pay extra on top of my monthly payment in order to see the remain balance dropped. That's absurd only interest/APR is only be deducted and that it's not coming from the balance. No more service from me after this loan. Yall better off finding better loan

I have had a loan with loanme before, which I just recently finished paying. They were ok at first i didn't have no problem. BUT!!! recently I called for another loan, but than decided to cancel the process. I was approved for $2,600 and they wanted to charge me 100 and something percent of rate. So i was going to end up paying $18,000!!! Its so ridiculous!!! So like i said i cancelled it. They had said they cancel it, and than call me back saying that they couldn't cancel it because the money had already been sent to my bank account. So they suggested to repay the loan but yet they charged me a fee, when first of all I did not want the loan no more, second i didn't use the money. The whole day I was at work stressing about the whole issue. They do not respect customers choices. Also, a customer service representative. She was nice at first, but when I told her that I didn't want the loan to please cancel the process and I apologized to her, she got butt hurt, and then said its cool! UMHH!! HELLO!! IM A CUSTOMER!!! NOT YOUR HOMEGIRL! I thought it was so rude! I didn't say anything to her. I was so angry just the fact that they didn't cancell the loan! I do not recommend nt loanme!!!! Be careful! Was on a payment arrangement from 9/11/19. Called every month and was told to pay "late Fees". Reiterated every call that their are no late fees on payment arrangement. Called to make last payment and was told that an additional 54$ in "legal Fees" were due. No legal fees of 427x2 was on the payment schedule I was given and agreed to. Says I was mistaken. "late fees" were actually "legal fees" and that they were due or I was in breech of my agreement. I knew what i was getting into when I took high interest loan but within 3 months of taking it covid hit. They would do nothing to help. I continued to make full payments all through covid at 102% interest and then came through with a consolidation loan to pay it off. When I submitted full payment it did not go through my bank. I had made a one time payment with the same bank that I had made before but this time the routing and bank account was in different spots and i did make the mistake of putting them in backwards. I called so many times, they called me, i begged them to look into what the problem was. They never said the payment was rejected, just said they would push the payment through. 40 days later they say lets just make another payment and we find out why it didn't go through and even though for a month they promised not to charge interest they charged me another $9,500 and didn't even split the difference. There are way better companies like CFG Merchants and FundBox that work with you and the programs are easier.

Literally every single one of the terrible things you people are saying is right there, in perfectly clear english, on their website. I just looked because I wanted to see if it's really as great as they make it sound on the radio ads. Read one paragraph of the terms and conditions, and determined that no, it's not great. I calculated what a total payback would be from the example on the back of their advertisement mailed to me. $2,525.00 loan, 47 monthly payments of $388.40. Total payback would be $18,254.80!!!! That's just for borrowing $2,600. (The minimum you can borrow) A mafia loan shark would give you a better deal than that!

We paid the loan back in full after 4 months but not after paying an additional $320.01 on top of the actually agreed upon amount of $2600. Before paying off the loan we had paid $1800 during said 4 months and our payoff was $2,920.01 all together we paid nearly $5,000 in a 4 month period!!!!!! Not to mention they made sure we paid just as much as we borrowed. I am pretty sure the company is finding people who work for them to write the 5 start reviews DO NOT TAKE THE DEAL!!!!!

The loan was processed quickly and professionally. I was told the wire transfer should appear in my account with 1 to 3 hours. This if Friday. Six days latter I am still waiting on the money transfer. I called on Monday and their toll free number and their phone system wasn't working. I finally was able to talk to the Loan Agent Supervisor who processed my account and was told the wire transfer had taken place and the problem must be with my credit union. I wait all day Tuesday and the money still has not shown up. I call my Credit Union asking them to check to see if they have received the transfer. No they have not. I email the Loan Agent Supervisor and am told that their bank did not send out the transfer. Still waiting. Not impressed.

They lied and said they served me. But never did. The reason why they didnt want me to go and plead my case. So since I didnt know they automatically win by forfeiture. I received a loan for 3100 paid the loan off in full in 1.5 months....it took 10 days total for loan to process with the ACH and to hear back on borrowing a higher amount from loan me. Loan was paid in full in 2 months. After waiting 10 days in constant communication with the loan officer who was professional and couldnt do anything about the SLOW ACH approval system, I was told at didn't qualify after reapplying for a higher loan. Another loan company after paying off the loan the same day more than doubled the loan amount and was approved the same day. this is the comparative contrast between 2 loan companies, one with prehistoric slow systems LOAN ME, and the other updated efficient and effective. I would not suggest using LOAN ME, my loan was at an insane interest rate and they would've made a mint if loan was not paid off when I did pay it off.....probably a blessing I didn't get approved because of there high interest rates and PREHISTORIC ACH system.

Awful! Terrible! I have had financial hardship and have a few loans outstanding. The other company (NetCredit) was understanding, gracious and worked with me on a payment plan. LoanMe left a threatening voicemails demanding that I call them back, actually using words "you must call us back or else...." When I tried to work with them, they refused a payment plan that I could handle. When I said I had to make my rent and car payment first so I had a place to live and a way to get to work, they said they didn't care if I could pay those, I owed them. Then they took me to court and are now attempting to garnish my wages even though I am getting help from family just to pay rent and medical bills. I never disagreed that I owe them money and tried to make it work but they have been viscious!

Heads up, small business owner here. Under no circumstance should you ever consider taking out a loan - no matter how small - for 104% APR. I applied for a loan and only asked for $5,000. I was told that the minimum loan would have to be $10,000 with a 10% processing fee totalling out to $11,500 for a loan. My interest rate was 104% for a 12 year term. That would make my minimum payment almost $1000 a month and my total interest payment would total out to $108,105.57. That means that if I only paid $1000 a month, it would take me 10 years to pay off a $11,500 loan! And they would make $108,105.57 in profits for lending it to me! Absolutely ridiculous! I dont care who you are, this is absolutely a rip off!

I got an email from them. I am currently looking for a small personal loan. The company lured me with the statement “we’ve reviewed you credit and WE ARE READY to move forward with the loan. Funds will be in your account within the hour.” This was, of course, a complete lie. They obviously hadn’t reviewed anything. They ran my credit, created an inquiry, then told me “unfortunately you don’t qualify for a loan…even at 211% APR. glad we were able to needlessly damage your credit for absolutely no reason” The associate who duped me is named Hiep Hoang. Make sure you read the fine print with these guys….my credit score is damaged for two years now.

Jumped through hoops to find out my application was denied. It’s funny as soon as you start asking questions, then you’ll get a call back. I was told my application was going to be done after an hour and it took three hours. I was hung up on during a Phone call. Melanie remained professional however her colleague (Bill) was unprofessional and made it out to be no their faults. He kept stuttering when I would ask questions and he didn’t know what to do when I asked certain questions. Steer clear and read some reviews on here. Crazy to hear and is quite Funny to see it play in person. Glad I got denied!

This is definitely a fast loan. The interest rate is so high but that's why they tell you to pay it off as soon as possible. I applied for the loan and made the payment right back 3 days later. Luckily I was in the 7 day safe zone no interest added. Please be aware of the rates before, otherwise you'll dig yourself in a little loan hole that's hard to get out of. Other than that fast easy and very helpful. Will definitely use them again if the time comes.

I was a Loanme customer since 2017. At one point I needed to defer a payment because business was slow. Because of that one time deferment they will not loan to me again. I never had a problem with these people. And when I made the deferment no one, simply no one said "if you do this you can never receive another loan from us again. You can apply, but you will receive nothing." A warning like that would have made me look elseware. I've used loan me twice. People need to understand these are high interest loans. If your not going to pay it back asap dont bother. I understand rates are high but if you really need the money and know you can pay back within 3 months or so your okay. Anything after expect to double or more. I dont get why people get upset if you want better loans go to bank or something, and if you have bad credit this is your only option for a loan then do it, but repay it back asap. I repay mine within two months.

Run from these SCUMBAGS, when I called them to get information on rates they said they had to run my credit to see what % they could give me. After figuring out they are basically loan sharks I told them I was not interested in any loans. After conveying to the LoanMe employee I was not interested in any of their rip off products I was sworn at for wasting there time. Move forward three months later, I receive a letter in the mail saying loan was denied. I never applied for a loan nor gave them permission to move forward on any of their offerings. When I called LoanMe to get answers on why they moved forward with the loan application I was transferred, put on hold, transferred, put on hold, transferred, put on hold transferred (I THINK ITS EASY TO SEE PATTERN HERE), and finally spoke with a Steve Hudson from their Texas location. After explaining to Steve why I was calling (5th person now) I was told by him that someone from there Concern Department would have to call me back at a later date. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, AND OWNER/OWNERS NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON. They need to go to jail as I believe it is illegal to process a loan without authorization. If the legal system does not work on these crooks then there is the good old street system (which I am sure they are well aware of). P.S. to this writing I never did get a call back from there Concern Department. BBB here I come.

After having a loan with Loan Me in the past i knew i did not want to do business again with this company. There interest rates are outrageous ( probably get a better deal from a loan shark). After applying with another funding company i was told one of there business partners would reachout to me. Low and behold it was Loan Me with a ridiculous offer . They offered me $100k Unsecured loan with interest rate of 59%! After i refused the loan and told them i had worked with them before and did not want to do business again and there interest rate is too high they came back a couple weeks later with a lower interest offer. Still too high , i fefused the second offer. So this morning i get a letter of denial for my loan request. What a joke! They made me two offers which i said NO to now there acting like they denied me a loan. Very un professional This company are con artists and liars! I suggest businesses stay away from these people. I cant imagine how many businesses they have hurt with there lending practices. It should be illegal!

i applied on line and was pre approved for 3000. i had to scan a copy of my license and within 24 hours the funds were in my account. The interest rate is 275% so only borrow what you can pay off within 30 days. The support staff was professional and polite.

They told her to get up four hundred dollars and she will have the loan deposited in her account… then later they told her she had a red flag on her social security number and in order to get the money she needed an extra 400 dollars to get the loan. Do not take a loan out with this company. The interest rate is ridiculously high. We made the biggest mistake of our lives. Yes the money helped at the time but paying $840 a month with pennies going to the principal. Long story short we took out $10600 loan back in 2015. Just made huge payment of $9500 a few days ago with principal balance at $9600 to find out we still owe $1100. Out of that $9500 only $8300 went to principal. I tried to get them to give me a discount but they wouldn’t budge. They don’t care. They’re not here to help you in anyway. The minute you try to negotiate they will use the “legal” card on you so basically you're stuck! Here I am actually trying to pay off a loan vs so many who have already filed for bankruptcy or split on them and they can’t even respect you as a paying customer. They offered me a settlement of another payment for $840 but would have to report it to credit bureau as a settlement not as Paid in full over $300! Yes couldn’t give me a break on $300. They’ve already taken me for over $40000 for $10000 loan! Seriously if you read this review please reconsider and don’t give them any of your time or money! Plus they say no penalty for early payment but the penalty is the interest your loan has already accrued!!!

Apparently this company sells your loan don't notify you of the sell and the new lender turns you over to a collection agency without notice of buying your loan. Which is illegal in any state need to find a lawyer both companys need to be sued.

I heard their advertisement on the radio so I called. I already had one loan in which I consolidated my worst interest rates from Credit Cards thru Lending Club at 12.41%. I still had other credit cards I wanted to consolidate. Not only did they loan me the money for the cards I had left over; they even consolidated the Lending Club loan and extended the time to lower my payments, which I really needed. I pay less a month with my new loan than I did with the Lending Club loan! Very fast process. Fees are high but still better than what I was doing. I'm glad I did this loan.

The ease at which you are able to get a loan from this place is amazing. However their tactics for collection are unbelievable. They started out fine then began taking money periodically out of my account in bits and pieces, then when I paid off the loan their system “glitched“ and extended out the date of payment past my due date causing me to have to pay another $150 to close out the loan. I am shocked they are able to get away with this. Stay away! It is not worth the hassle. The amount of money they made off my loan in 2 years iS criminal!
