BE AWARE!! This place is terrible. The broker (Sean) was unethical in his dealings. He threatened and tried to coerce me to sign a poor value mortgage with them. Told me if I don’t sign their contract they would “send out a letter to agents in town” that I was “ineligible for financing”. Said it was the best offer I could get. I clued into their bluff and ended up going with a trustworthy bank and had a great experience elsewhere. Be aware of these crooks. It wasn't just the particular broker I worked with, it was his bosses, too. From the way Sean got on, it sounded like this was a familiar tactic for them that was likely used on other customers as well. Rotten to the core.
