Unfortunately I do not remember the receptionist's name but I definitely remember that she was very pleasant, personable and helpful with making my appointment to see Karen who was my counselor/advisor. When I met with Karen I found her to be just as pleasant, personable and especially helpful! Karen was very reassuring that MNP could help to ease my stress and worry and . assure me that my decision to go this route was probably the best for me. Karen was instructive and clear ,professional and yet friendly. I have recommended both MNP and Karen to a friend who is in similar financial distress and he also remarked about how helpful and friendly Karen is! I highly recommend MNP to anyone who is having debt problems which can become so overwhelming to reach out to MNP and at least get an opinion from one of their agents/ counselors as to whether they can help you!

My son had to stop working at a high paying job over the past year. Because he had a high paying job, he took on significant car debt along with visa and a personal loan. The debt wasn't enough to make it reasonable to declare bankruptcy (per Leah's advice) but Leah helped with advice that helped us with managing and navigating the effective management of his debt while without work during the past year. Having just returned to work, he returned with his significant car debt extinguished. Leah's help gave our son significant peace of mind through the process.

Our family got to a point not knowing what to do laying off at job after job, I always made amazing pay but then everything flipped upside down and down further and further, seemed like no hope. I truly can't describe the fear, weight on your shoulders being the provider for 16 years and everything everyday go upside down. Then I found mnp and just didn't know what to do but sent them an email. They awnsered back immediately and gave me so much advice it helped but honestly seemed like the world went against us and things got worse to a point we would not make it. So I phoned them again and they gave us a new start everything finally coming together, took a couple years but they give you their all. For a process that can be frustrating, embarrassing and confusing , Leah and Amanda made everything crystal clear and alleviated all concerns and questions . These amazing 2 ladies made the process efficient and painless and left little to nothing unexplained . They cater to any questions or events before and during your proposal process. These ladies are the gold standard of what to expect when dealing with the stress and emotions that come along with this process . I am well on my way to repaired credit (just bought a new car for an amazing interest rate even only a couple % above my rates before this process, which is amazing because it usually doubles your rate until you fix your credit)) and I still have 2 years left on my proposal. With their help you can turn that feeling around 180 degrees and start living again and feeling alive versus just avoiding the problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking at this process .
