Just moved from BC a few moths ago and used Cathedral Insurance for insuring our work and personal vehicles. The employees there were so helpful and went above and beyond. They stayed late one day to make sure we would be insured as our BC insurance was going to expire. ICBC ( BCs crown corp insurer) was, as usual, a real pain to deal with and the people at Cathedral were very understanding and helpful to work around ICBCs inability to help its own customers. Had to call 3 times just to receive a simple conformation email. Was put on hold 6 times. Had to repeat my query every time I came off of hold. Waited a full 8 hours before anyone even got back to me. Terrible customer service. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere at the soonest opportunity.
