I am writing this review on behalf of my parent’s who recently sold their house with Debbie Farrell of Oak Realty. My parents had been trying to sell their house on a lake near Spanish for five years, and had no luck with other Realters. They decided to relist with Debbie. Debbie came all the way to Spanish from Elliot Lake, to meet with my parents. Debbie convinced my parents to list higher than my mother felt comfortable with given no interest in the past. But Debbie was right to list higher because the house sold very quickly when it was put on the market. Debbie visited the house multiple times to show the property and to deliver paperwork to my parents and was nothing but courteous, kind, and exceedingly professional. Even when I myself was trying to sell my house out of market, Debbie helped me with paperwork. She has gone out of her way countless times and is a true professional in her field. There website claims to be stress free of buying a home. Our house sale fell thru somewhere else they wouldn't even give us an extension. Threaten sue for 65 grand and kept 5 grand deposit. Worst experience in my life
