Always a big concern when you have vehicle trouble and you are out of town. A local friend recommended this dealership and they did their best to solve my vehicle issue the same day. When their first attempt did not work and they found the root cause, they provided me with a free loaner for over night to get back to our friend's home out of town. They knew where I was headed and made sure the loaner was a 4wd to navigate the snow out of town. They got my vehicle repaired, nice vehicle wash, and found the gloves I had left in the waiting room the previous day and had them in the car waiting for me! Great customer service. Probably helped that they knew the friends I was visiting here in Elliot Lake.

You have to be careful when you order any parts there because they are antiquated in their order process and do not provide proper training. It cost me about $40.in shop charges at my garage just to find out that the part they ordered for my vehicle wasn't meant for the year. It is not a replaceable part on its own for my model year so they ordered the part for another model year. When I suggested they at least could give me a free oil change since it was their mistake, I was simply told " It doesn't work like that." I will not be dealing with them again since I am in other cities often enough. I didn't get the right part on at least one other occasion and will not be fooled again.!!!

When I owned a Ford they helped me out a no charge help out great customer service they will get my next purchase .clean friendly place with good staff I found and the guy did not mind all the Tec q and a just shared his knowledge based on his advise I sold the truck to a junker I DON,t sell problems on to anyone it's not nice be honest tell them every thing ,part it out trade it .

The Ford Edge is a great vehicle for driving in the sudbury/Sault Ste. Marie area. It takes me everywhere that I want to go and has not failed me yet. The service at Ford is wonderful and they do a thorough job at cleaning the vehicle during a service. Wonderful work by the dealership
