However someone has my number listed as there and even though I have told them well over 20 times that the number they have been contacting is NOT the person's they are looking to speak with - They refuse to delete my number off of the account. It was at the point where I received 7 calls in 3 hours. I thought of blocking the number but they have called from many different numbers. I'm nearing the point of getting my number changed.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this lady sends thing to our house constantly, used to call all the time trying to get our business and when you go in it takes forever for her to CALL everyone as a reference and your employer. Every other loan store looks at your pay stubs and then you're on your way, no wonder this place has basically no business. Every other place only calls your references if you don't make a payment, this lady just makes it almost embarrassing to get a loan! Money mart has this place beat 100 times over, and it's right down the street, if I were you I'd skip this place and head over to the better choice, money mart!

This low rating is nothing against the staff in fact their staff are actually pretty decent and understanding people. I began borrowing from them a few months ago and then got into some financial troubles which cause me to miss payments. On top of the headache of constant NSF fees due to them consistently trying to remove funds I got behind on things like rent and hydro. Yesterday I called and made areangments over there pay periods to pay the amount in full because I had given late payment date to my landlord. This morning after being told my payment plan was good I woke up to find the full amount had be removed from my account now leaving me unable to pay my rent which will now have my family evicted. I'm very upset with this company and myself for ever deciding to borrow from them. I went into the store to try and re-borrow however their system isn't showing a cleared payment so they will not let me take anything until after 6pm which my landlord will not accept.

I visited this branch a month ago to get my payday loan. There was a rep named Renuka who was the WORST customer rep ever. I have never come across such a rude and frustrated person before. She asks personal questions, doesn't know when to stop and insults and puts down her co-workers in front of other customers. She has to be sent for a customer service training. She keeps pushing you to take an installment loan even when you say you're not interested. And once you say no she behaves worse. All the other reps are awesome. Just teach this woman some manners and ENGLISH as well.

Like I understand your life is horrible you look like a miserable person. But you get paid to do your job. And you did not do that. You are the worst and most disrespectful person I have ever met. Why do you work there if you hate your job and life so much. Just from her angry face I could tell she was going to give me a hard time soon as I walked in. Very very nasty person.
