Good until it went bad!! I used them for Years, until recently i hit a Financial problem, they continually hit my Bank for money that isn't available, costing me $150 in NSF fees this Month alone. I HAVE emailed them & explained that as of the 20th i can repay my Debt (taking full responsibility for my bad) and yet they STILL go into my bank for "Small Amounts" that are NOT available,,,, They arent being understanding or reasonable at the moment and feel as though i should just "Bounce them." But i wont, cause im not a dirty thief like that...

I tried to apply for a loan and I was denied because I'm on the Canada recovery benefit and my income wasnt enough so dont bother its a big waste of time. I felt like all they did was collect my information. I dont recommend trying to get a loan from them, please save your time and information. I uploaded all my personal information and banking too and I feel so ripped off.

i have been loaning from them on and off for 2 years. i have never had a problem with them, the money is always sent through etransfer asap. However they do require to do a direct deposit on you first time loan. After that they give you the option. Every single time i loan from them its all online, takes a matter of 4 min tops to do it, its just the very first time loan that takes awhile. i highly recommend them.

So long as your income is what you say it is and its confirmed on their automated platform, you are good to go!. It's true -- if you dont work and you are on a fixed income or even child tax benefit they will help you, although I do work, I just though id mention this. My sister showed up unannounced. Groceries were low, no cold drinks, payday next week, I was looking for a quick $100 to accomodate my sibiling. Loan Express saved me! Thank you!!!!!.. Highly recommended. I actually like everything about this company ,they treat you respectfully, they unlike alot of other lending companies dont try to give u more then they know you can't financially payback without placing yourself in a trap were you have to keep borrowing over and over and over cause if u don't you wouldn't be able to live the next month ,even now the amount I paid back is a choice if I want to re-borrow ,I'm in no way so far in debt by paying what I receive that I can't walk away ,where other companies I have tried you fall into a trap and then comes Christmas they take all your money but won't help you tell new years , ...I was surprised and happy when I was offered to payback in 2 monthly payments during the holidays that shows they care about there clients financial situation,,so highly recommend and thanks guys for the help anytime i need it

Very disappointed with Loan Express. If your payday is on the first banking day of the month they won't give you a loan, as their system is too primitive to schedule payments that don't fall on an exact schedule unless that payday is before the date.
