Pendant ce temps, l'agente assignée a mon dossier n'a JAMAIS répondu a mes appels et il a fallu que je fasse environ 5 voyages a la succursale. 2 paiements sont quand même passés pendant ce mois, et une fois le cas fermé ils m'ont fait aller ramasser mon chèque EN PERSONNE au lieu de le déposer dans le même compte qu'ils l'ont pris. Ils n'ont pas pu agir de façon responsable et professionnelle en régularisant mon compte et en me remboursant l'argent qu'ils ont retiré directement. Ils n'ont pas pu comprendre que c'est de LEUR responsabilité de prendre les mesures nécessaires afin de (1) me rembourser et de (2) arrêter les prélèvements dans un délai acceptable, en sachant le montant que je devais et celui qui a été payé. C'est la base! Vraiment gênant pour une institution financière "importante" Heureusement, je n'ai pas le malheur d'utiliser cette banque pour mes autres comptes. Banque nationale, plus jamais

J'ai alors dit que c'était pas normal surtout vu le montant du chèque. N'importe qui aurait pu aller le porter et le déposer dans son compte sans qu'il y est vérification des noms et le déposer. En plus de cela, le chèque à été mis dans le compte Chèque alors qu'on a spécifié vouloir le déposer dans compte épargne! J'écris rarement des commentaires mais la honnêtement j'ai vraiment pas aimé.

Unfortunately this is the worst branch I had to deal with, they didnt add my tax statements one year so I had to pay double the next one. Not even a sorry from them. Called this place multiple times over the course of two weeks, all I had for answer was confusion from the employees. Called my old branch from my hometown, they sorted it out in less than a hour. Save yourself some trouble, dont do anything there.

Déception et amertume qui m'incite fortement à déplacer mes avoirs financiers vers d'autres lieux.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I lived in Montreal I found BN to be very good. This branch hires the most incompetent people. I have had nothing but issues with the workers not knowing how to do their job, or even basic math. They have messed up my file so that my student line of credit was suspended because they did not file the correct paper work, even though I went in person to deal with the "specialist" on 3 separate occasions. Now, with our mortgage they are being completely unhelpful and cannot even locate our file in their system. This branch is a nightmare! if you are shopping around for banks or branches DO NOT GO HERE!
