Nothing but praise for Roze and the whole team. I contacted Roze through a recommendation after another mortgage company had stopped responding to my emails and calls. Not only was she quick to respond to my emails and calls, she provided me with plenty of information and resources to help make the process as smooth as possible. As a first time home buyer and the single purchaser of my home, I had my fair share of stresses and concerns. This COMPANY transacted business with my firm and refused to make payments, this is an attempt for me to collect what is OWED to me. One Mr. David Gill stayed in our property promised to pay for his entire stay and has since ignored calls and messages, my many attempts to reach the head office of the company failed and once i was spoken with was hang-up on immediately upon mentioning the debt. Please make PAYMENT, I will continue until get your attention this is completely WRONG and highly UNETHICAL !!!

Not impressed with the way they do business, or from my experience don’t do business at all. They don’t return phone calls or emails & make up lies to tell customers instead of telling them the truth or giving them an honest answer. Happy we went with a bank and got an even lower interest rate than what they were potentially going to give us. 0/10 do not recommend!!!!

A few months back I went in for some financial advise, looking to invest some money privately. (because the bank rates suck...) Money wise I have no idea what I'm doing and most of the time I just let it sit in the bank collecting cobwebs. So I knew I needed some outside help. Going into UCMIC (Upper Canada Mortgage and Investment Corp) I didn't really know a lot about TFSA (tax free saving account) or RSPs or even investing in general. I was a little bit of a noobie and probably should have done some research before going in. (Mostly so I wouldn't make myself look silly.) After a short wait I was brought to an office and was asked: what I was looking to invest in, how much i was looking to invest in, how long I wanted to invest for, long/short term, etc. I had a lot of questions... Every question I asked was answered and then explained so I wouldn't just know but also understand. Once I started to pick things up and get to know what I'm doing, that's when we talked about the different investment I could make. Coming out of UCMIC I feel I have a good understanding of what I'm doing and what I'm looking to do in the future. I get updates monthly about the funds I have invested with UCMIC and when ever I have a question about the updates I just give them a shout. I actually just recently made another investment and soon will be making another larger investment with them. I always look forward to meeting with the team at UCMIC, they always have great ideas and treat me like I matter. You can tell these people put their blood, sweat and tears, even their own money in their work. I know I can trust UCMIC because they are willing to stand both behind and in front of the work they do. I'm both proud and grateful to stand beside them and look forward to doing business with them!!! Thank you so much; Brian, Janet, Joanne and Roze! Sam
