Buyer beware ! This company from the very beginning did nothing but lie to me. Took my money and never delivered on the promises made. I paid my payments on time every month. With a promise that there would be a early pay off discount. When I requested the discount I was promised; I was not responded to for several weeks and finally when I was there was no discount they asked me for the full remaining amount due on the account with no discount at all. I’m not sure how they get all these five star positive reviews; personally I think they must be paid for reviews.

I assume it's a monthly payments , but when I read thru the contract a second time I saw something's not right in the payments..term 18 weeks 78 payments that's it., no interest rates and payments frequency spell out. And she was rushing me to get everything sign and I even told her I was on the road. I emailed and call them and no response after 2 days. Sad Please watch out.

Do not ever get any loan from this company. First of all, they will deposit a lot less money to your account then then original amount you hope you get. They said it is "paperwork fee". Secondly, they have the most higher interest in the industry, over 40% interest. You might as well go get that money from russian mafia and you'll be even safer with the mafia. These people are blood sucker, greedy. Look somewhere else and do not get money from them.

They won’t work with you on repayment options, try to work around your attorney and you end up talking to a different person every time you call them. All the lenders we worked with worked with us on our payoff terms, except Kapitus. If you choose them, make certain your cash flow is going to be consistent.

Have you sign documents snd approve you to turn around and say after verification you dont have enough money in deposits over the past 2 weeks to qualify, despite verified deposits of $500k over previous 4 months. All for a 25k loan......what the purpose of a capital loan? If I had enough in deposits over the previous 2 weeks i wouldn't need the loan. Literally stupid. Bait and switch. Scam. Stay away.

Decided to call the number that was advertised on the radio station I was listening to. Specifically did that to save the number if I decided to call back after looking into the company. Immediately received a call back, even though I had not completed the call or left a message. Decided after a few days to not participate in their programs. Have been receiving incessant calls four or five times a day from a Damien Becker to solicit. This is been going on for 3+ weeks. Finally answered and spoke with the gentleman explained I was not going to participate and was immediately interjected into a sales pitch about walking into a gym and would you walk into a gym if you didn’t have any intention of trying to lose weight or get in shape. Asked Damian to stop, said I would use the service if I decided I needed, he got aggressive talked over me it became rude. I hung up. Do not use a service that employs people that should be used car salesman at best. Do not use a service that trolls your number and incessantly harasses you either. Very unprofessional

For some reason SBA sent us to fundera- did every thing right - in the beginning heard from Tyler Lewis daily he new our deadline was three and a half weeks a way the night before experation finally an email saying we found an invester but you won’t get the full !$220,000 you wanted but got you money- never said hhow much by the time he told us how much we quickly docusigned on a Friday realizing how can we liquidate stock on a Friday in three hours on September 17 , September 18 realized your company took $110 2 days in a row and did not deposit the full $20,000 researching further you plan to take $110 a day for 12 months and he los the property anyway I do believe those terms sound very similar to a” loan shArk and am going to check with sba And LEnding laws I realize with non commercial loans you have a certay time to change your Mind / with the lateness of delivery how is one to pay that amount in 600 sq feet with covid rules in the middle of Maine winters?
