They made my first buying experience an amazing one, they stayed two hours late just to put new wheels on my new truck and also did some extra work to the front bumper so that the tires fit safely since I brought my own. I have nothing but praise for the dedicated professionalism of this Service Centre. On several occasions I have had some issue or other with our BMW but Isaac and the team have provided best options available and have saved us many hundreds of dollars as a result, on sourced parts from overseas, as well as installing the correct parts here at home. Any work performed is fully guaranteed and if any issue arises requiring additional efforts in this area they have been up front, advised that warranty work is required and have performed the same free of charge on parts and labour. UPDATED REVIEW: Since my last post, Melvin Klippens has gone out of his way to rectify any grievances that were posted. We spoke about the issues that were posted with the vehicle and what we personally had to do to fix them. He made me see that this company wanted to rectify any issues that I had and presented a generous reimbursement for the repairs we had to pay out of pocket. Not many companies would reach out and work with the customers once you are out the door and we previously felt that but we now see that this company wants to help their customers in hope for future business. We applaud their customer service and their willingness to retain good business standing. All of this deserves a 5 star rating

Im updating my review from earlier, I received excellent and timely service from Melvin Klippenstein and his team at Klippenstein Service, they really did go above and beyond to make me happy after my original review. I would love to give them a 5 star rating, however the original problem is going to stop me from doing that, and even though Daniel Klippenstein is alledgedly not affiliated with the dealership, and they are not a dixie chopper dealer, he is the president of this cpmpany, and this is who I wrote my cheque out to when I purchased the mower. So I can't fully endors anyhting that is going to put money in his pocket. I had the Kubota Dealership in chatham fix my mower because Daniel and Dixie Chopper refused to do so. Please keep in mind that my mower is a 2018 model, with 42 Hours on it, and I was unable to recieve any warranty work from Daniel Klippenstein, or Dixie Chopper. The Kubota Dealer had my mower for 2 days, and it worked perfectly when I got it back. Klippenstein service then picked it up to replace the seat cover that was torn when I took delivery in may of last year. they returned it the same day and washed and waxed it. They even paid the bill from Kubota. All in all, I was Extremely pleased with Melvin and his team. I dont know if they treat everybody this way, or if they did it in exchange for me giving them a 5 star review (which I was asked to do). Drop Daniel from your company, and ill give you 5 stars. ill even bring some of my cars in when they need work. ORIGINAL REVIEW I would love to give this dealer a 0 star rating, but that's not an option. I bought a new 2018 dixie chopper law mower from Daniel klippenstein, he claimed he was removing the mowers from his car dealership to a stand alone dixie chopper dealer/service center. This of course turned out not to be true. My new mower was delivered with a torn seat that was supposed to be replaced but hasnt. And Ive been trying to have my starter changed under warranty since last fall and am getting nowhere. I contacted two other dealers (neither are close by, or I would have taken it there) and neither of them were surprised about the issues I'm having with Daniel klippenstein. He has no support staff, and no mechanics, he is just a one man ripoff crew! I paid $12,000 for a lawn mower that I can't use. BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST!

Not one to do many reviews, but this one is definitely warranted..... Currently in search of a minivan, and up to this point I have contacted a few dealers with klippenstein being one of the last on my list due to the fact that they are 4 hours away. Upon calling I was greeted by Melvin, who I later found out was the owner. Upon calling I was honest with Melvin and told him that I was extremely picky with detail and I asked him questions that 90% of buyers probably wouldn't due to my extensive background as a car salesman myself. Long story short Melvin went above and beyond, answered every question in great detail. He was brutally honest (maybe even more than I would have been lol) He took long and detailed videos and more pictures then he already had on his ad which was about 40,and most importantly he was very willing to work with me and my budget........keep in mind I haven't even purchased this vehicle yet and there's a good chance I may not due to distance and my overall quest to find the perfect vehicle due to my own crazy picky self, but nevertheless, credit has to be given where it is due. A++ Plus for Melvin and his exceptional business ethics. If you are relatively close to klippenstein autosales, do not hesitate as I guarantee you will be as pleased as I was.

We're from the Windsor area and kind of "stumbled" on this Ridgetown dealership when shopping for a van. Upon arriving, greeted by a pleasant gentleman who chatted with my wife and I - only to find out later that he was the owner. No pushy, scammy, "my mom drives one of these too" stories - just friendly and answered the millions of questions we had about vans, and got back to us ASAP when he didn't immediately have the answers. Straightforward transaction and really helped us with some at-cost options. We highly recommend this dealership, unlike some real unpleasant past experiences we've had in others (Windsor Hyundai!!).
