Absolutely delighted with the staff at the Chatham branch, very friendly and understanding and would recommend this to anyone, had my first difficulty with Payment due to having time off work for a medical condition, I had called them up stressed by my situation and they have been a massive help, understood everything, listened to everything I said and arranged a plan with me that would be giving me time to sort myself out, and make payment!,..... Very very happy with the management at this branch and all its staff. Bless. ????
