The young woman working tonight was absolutely rude from the very beginning. Even over the phone you could tell she had an attitude. I called to see if I could get a cash advance if I am paid cash. She told me to come in and see. I am negative in my bank account because I have had a lot of extra expenses recently and some unexpected charges. I go in and not once did she smile or welcome me. I told her I just spoke with her on the phone not long ago, she nodded her head and told me to give her a minute. Then asked me what I needed help with- I already told her. I had to show her my account info because I get paid cash. She immediately stated "that's a red flag there". She then called a supervisor or someone and it was hilarious how her voice changed to a softer, sweet voice when she spoke to them. She repeatedly kept stating "there's a bunch of red flags". Like I get it I'm negative in my account, but I get paid weekly sorry the job I have I am paid by an individual to help them at their home. Not sure if you need to repeatedly make remarks that make it sound like I'm a dishonest & shifty person. If you would've let me continue to explain I could have given you my boss's phone #. She also said to the person on the phone that my account has been negative for a long time SINCE MAY ???????????????? which is NOT true, AT ALL...She said she knew how to read the Huntington app since she had huntington but clearly NOT. I have been going paycheck to paycheck quite a bit lately because of my circumstances, but never in the negative, maybe once before but if so it was covered the next day because this is the first time I have had any overdraft fees. You were looking at my TRANSACTIONS. It DOES NOT show the balance on there. It shows when I used my card to pay for things and when I deposited money! So all of the NEGATIVE numbers were NOT my accounts balance!! It was showing when I paid for something on my card which would obviously be a negative number. Seriously this woman was a b****. Arent all of your customers struggling with money?- I mean if they weren't they wouldn't be there! Where is your compassion? Would have been nice to at least have someone be kind and considerate and understanding even if they couldn't give me the cash advance. At least they would have that. I hated to have to even show her my account information because it's an invasion of privacy, but since I get paid cash i had no other choice. And she basically used that to insult me, REPEATEDLY. And I drove all the way out there for that! "Well you didnt tell me your account was that far negative"...Well you never asked either. I am not familiar with cash advances because I've never had one before. But if I wasnt paid cash I probably wouldn't have had to reveal that information. Hopefully karma will find its way to her- and when she hits hard times someone will be there to rub it in her face. Entirely disrespectful and cold from the phone call to when I left. 0 stars if I could.
