They're not bad. They did my recall really fast, gave me a ride to work while they did it and dropped my car off aftet. So that was super. But they couldn't help me get my radio out of anti theft mode without bringing it in when the one in Windsor was able to help me over the phone in minutes.

I am not normally a dealership service person but on my latest issue with my Honda Odyssey, i went in for two things (jammed third row 40 split seat & to have my spare key cut & programmed). Not only was these issues taken care of professionally but Brandon (Service advisor) and Dan (Service Technician) took very good care of my vehicle and me. I must say, i was pleasantly surprised that they did not do the usual pitch of up-selling which many dealerships are notoriously known for in the GTA. I guess, as they say, people out in semi urban and rural areas are very nice and friendly. Honda House has definitely earned my respect and future business.

Where to even start! I've been plagued for the last 7 years, driving an unreliable vehicle, paying through the roof rates. Seemed as if every time I got into the vehicle, something else was breaking. For the last couple weeks, I drove around countless dealerships, looking at each and every single car, SUV & truck on the lot. Nothing seemed to catch my eye or give me that WOW factor. That is, until I went through Honda House's lot. I saw my car and immediately fell in love. This was exactly what I had been looking for. My Civic checked off EVERY box of what I had been longing for, for so long. I chatted in Thursday night at which point they advised me a Sales Rep would reach out to me within the next x amount of hours. This is where the magic happened. Chris reached out to me almost immediately, providing me with all the information. My experience with car sales reps has not been great, they're usually VERY pushy and agressive, doing and saying whatever they feel they need to do or say, in order to make the sale. Not once did Chris make me feel as if the sale of this car was his main objective. He took the time to figure out what it was I was looking for, and let me know about the awesome incentives they were currently offering. Given the COVID Crisis, not being able to meet in person to do the usual thing ( like test drive and paperwork), was an obstacle that he was able to overcome. He was very polite, very informative and made sure that I was getting everything I was looking for. Not only was he able to get me into my dream car, he was also able to bail me out of the remaining term on my Jeep Compass. Thankfully, the government decided to open dealerships on an appointment only basis, which allowed me to take my car for a test drive before making the final decision to purchase. This process started on April 30th, and Chris had me in my new car on May 8th. I've never heard of a turn around being that quick, especially when you're financing. I'm over the moon with the exceptional service I was provided. Chris and Ashley were a DREAM to deal with and made this normally stressful decision a very easy one. I wont need a new vehicle for many years to come now, I finally feel safe making trips to the grocery store and now have the freedom of going wherever I'd like, knowing with certainty that my vehicle is 1000000% reliable and safe. I no longer have to worry about my safety, or my daughters safety. That itself has won me over. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Honda House.

I had the privilege of working with Chris DeGraw to purchase my beautiful 2020 Honda CRV. The entire process was seamless. Prior to working with Honda House I had been in contact with multiple dealerships from the GTA, London and Windsor and am so glad we finally purchased from Honda House. The team was very considerate and polite mannered with effective professional communication. The dealership had a small-town feel and the team was transparent with me and didn’t try to sell me anything that did not meet my needs. My car was meticulously detailed by their service department and the sales manager delivered it to my house ( out of town ). He did a thorough delivery and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before he left. I was provided with multiple resources to learn more about my new car and I now feel like part of the family. Today was my first time at this dealership. I called Friday afternoon, booked service for first thing today (Monday). Dropped off my car at 8AM, service advisor was very friendly. Shuttle driver was great as well. Had my vehicle repaired (AC condenser needed replacing) by lunch time. Shuttle driver came and picked me up on-time and I had my car back in working order. No fuss, no hassle. Great experience, especially during COVID19. Thank you for a great experience.

I wish there was an option for negative ratings... cannot comment about the SALES department but they have the WORST SERVICE department that can exist on this planet.... Very rude and disrespectful service people... zero knowledge of the car... Just to give you an example in short that i went there with something which i thought is a problem in my car and 3 hours later they tell me that its a normal feature in the car... they billed me just for informing me that its a normal feature in the car, thats how ridiculous these people are... Strongly recommend everyone to not ever take your car over there for service........you'll be highly disappointed...

Great experience at Honda House in Chatham. I had the worse service at the Windsor Honda Dealership yesterday. So bad that I didn't get my oil change done. I called Honda House yesterday and was able to get in for my oil change at 1pm today. I will be bringing my Honda Civic to Chatham's Honda House from now on. I will drive the 55 mins from Windsor because of the great service I had today. I would definitely recommend Honda House to anyone
