DIDN'T want to give them a Star at all. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS !!!!!. IT'S VERY SAD WHEN YOU WALK IN AND YOU HEAR THE EMPLOYEE SAY ' OH KNOW NOT HER' THAT'S NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL!!!!. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ACT AS IF THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP. EVERYONE SITUATION IS DIFFERENT AND MY OPINION I SEE THEY TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME RUDE!!!!! AND ITS SAD CAUSE ONE APPLE/ORANGE CAN RUIN THE WHOLE BOWL.... NOT GOOD AT ALL

The employees are very friendly. Very helpful. Go to this store over the Elyria store because unlike the Elyria store the Lorain employees are very professional and courteous with their customers.

First off we as people make it way more a priority to write bad reviews than good and second, no one wants to say a good review after they just loaned something they love so keep that in mind people. But the owner is awesome. I’ve had one bad experience but so what maybe she had a bad day. Other days she even ask are you sure you can pay this or just nice stuff. And the black dude with a bazillion rings is cool. I went in all mad and I thought I’d make him catch my energy but he didn’t say a word and was fast and I was happy! The white guy always gives me good prices and all the woman are nice to talk to. The guy with a beard always makes jokes so that’s cool. Can’t really say anything bad about here. You know what your walking into honestly and you probably don’t want to be there anyways So step back and check yourself. They deal with a thousand crappy people so it’s understandable. Lighten up people. And if you just walk up to the counter you should just leave.

Giving a 1 star is my only option,wish I could give less. Came in this morning with hopes of pawning a 450$ computer for 1 week for 200$. Wasn’t even a option, soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with a attitude by I woman working there and literally had my time wasted for 30mins of okay what are the specs and etc to get offered 100$ and maybe not even that? Really?! Than on top of all that she proceeds to lie to me and tell me that she sells these computers all day on the floor for 200$?! Excuse me I come here frequently and never seen nothing but laptops on the sale floor. Never any all in one computers! Never coming here again and if you wanna get your time wasted and lowballed with a dash of disrespect than be my guest.

First time in a Cashland store and was very pleased. Shanyece and the other workers were extremely helpful when I came in to buy a Bluetooth speaker today. Would definitely recommend coming here.

I’ve done a lot of business with cash land. How they rope you in is they will give you fair even good prices for your trade then they try to screw you the more you come back. I highly recommend a different pawn shop

Beware of this store are items were missing like the controllers to are PlayStation 4 ,3 and exbox Second time So always check your items Before you leave the counter . We know what we pawnd so they had to find it or replace it so mark your items before you pawn it because Someone there is taking things that don't belong to them and switching them . Someone there knows how to avoid the camera in the back .On 6/8/21 We went to take out our items and as I was looking around and my husband was paying out of No were the guy who works there started lashing out at me about the previous post up top ???? What aCry ???? Well since he started First of Course we exchanged words Well John Don't let The Door ???? Hit ???? You were the Good Lord ???? Split you Cry ???? Baby We Still Won Because we told the Truth ..... Next time just get a Baby ????Bottle ???? Cry Baby. On 12/13/21The Manager and the Worker called John we're Very Rude and Unprofessional I Noticed there are more Bad Review's then Good So that tells a lot from the Workers itself it's not the store because the store is just a building little did they know We still got the Help we needed and by that being said We are still Blessed Pay roll came in two hours after that and we went back to the other pawn shop and got are stuff out that fast We recommend Cleveland Ohio for any professional business Thank you.

Went to this place recently to get a PlayStation 4 controller. I new something was wrong when I was waiting 10 minutes to even get help or before a lady who wasn't even with a customer to say how could she help me. ANYWAYS, I bought the controller and It was needed up so the next day I went back and they same lady who sold it to me was trying to avoid me. So I just said its noticable that y'all hurting for money so y'all ripping people off. They don't even check the items when they buy them. They don't even have someone to fix the items if they are damaged. Crooked people man do not fall into this spider web.

Worse place for business after being a good customer and buying items more then $500 each I get the rude and bad attitude when I return un item because its defective I mean that’s why I pay the extra for insurance it’s like they don’t like to refund then they denied me service just because I’ve returned few items that was defective

The manager there is disgustingly rude. She has horrible customer service. I answered her question and she said I was coming off "defensive" so she "turned down" my pawn. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off and talked to like your a criminal.

The rudest place in Lorain, personal stabding behind the counter, not waiting on customers, when waited on self, rude employee went to other employee, then did not return all my paid for items, had to ring buzzer to get back in store to get other tools, employees lied to coerce one into illegally signing a 4473 forms.

Horrible place Shady people especially some of the guys there .Sold my TV after calling there and one of the guys told me I had until such and such date then when I get there they tell me they sold TV and gave me a BS story on why the guy on the phone told me different ,Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like being lied to and ripped off

I purchased a used ps4 from here about a week or 2 ago. Its overheats 20-40 mins into game play. I called cashland today spoke with John I think. Basically what he said i didn't get the warranty so there's nothing they can do. Now I'm out $189 plus tax. Be cautious buying electronics from here. I'm upset because it was for my 3 and 4 year old sons. Oh well they lost a potential great customer.

I paid 300 for a ps4 that did not have the original hard drive it was giving me a lot a trouble I call they say to bring it in so they can tell me that I just can return it they did not want to change the hard drive Is an easy fix I guess I cant trust these people,they ignored me for 10 min The first and last purchase from me
