This place offered a friends a settlement amount for their overdue account and then after receiving funds said no we were just joking were not giving you the settlement. You still owe the full amount, we just took your $500 "settlement" amount and we are putting it towards your total owed. I dont think this is even legal??? My friend is going to talk to the head office. He has the settlement offer in writing in an email so im not sure why they think they will get away with this? Its crazyness Dont go there they do illegal activities.

This is very disappointing to write as the associates are very friendly however they aren't following the health protocols being put in place. None of them wear masks and yesterday when I was in the one gentleman coughed 3 times and not once did he cover his mouth which given the sercumstances is very concerning.
