If I could rate 0 stars i would. I was lied to, taken advantage of and then lied to some more. Me and my fiance were looking into a smaller engined 2 door, we went with a 2013 veloster. After a brief discussion with Sharon P. We were told how much it was, how much we'd pay and how much down to get a warranty. After searching around for $1300 to put down we finally got it and went back, we handed them the $1300, THE GUY PUTS IT IN A SECURE ENVELOPE and after some quick little "keyboard inputs" says AND I QUOTE "oh we weren't able to get you the warranty but atleast you have $1300 into the car already. AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS, it breaks down and since they've already lead me into they're trap I wasnt gonna trust their mechanics....so I went and asked 3 different mechanic shops what would be the issue..... all of them tell me there wasnt a proper inspection done!! Now it's been sitting for 7 months..... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

Be sure to comb over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. I recommend against buying the warranty. Very dissatisfied with the in-house shop service.

Bought a car from here 2-3 weeks ago and the buying experience was good but then we had issues car wandered and been taking it back which is now the 4th time. Also found out the car had damage on front driver fender but the car proof said clean. They can't even take a tire off without dropping it on the caliper and denting the backing plate. The inner wheel well shroud isn't oe Ford part but a cheap aftermarket which another shop found immediately yet they did 3 alignments and tire rotation and balancing and can't figure why it pulls. Don't buy a car from here unless u want immediate issues. Possibly going to omvic about all this. Found out by another shop the ball joint is toast which I replaced and still have to driver shock as it's now gone all in 5 months plus need a battery and new brakes and tires. Also the transmission is toast on the car again which isn't original one as that was replaced at 130,000km and car now has 199,000kms DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS

The sales staff is pleasant, the Finance manager, Gil is fantastic, and I would say my purchasing experience was really good. Things started going south really fast, as inevitably I had to deal with the service department. The service manager is clueless and the mechanic that I dealt with is, for a lack of a better term, useless. Twice my air-conditioner compressor was replaced with an incorrect (I assume cheaper) part which not only failed to work, it also did not fit correctly. the fitment was so bad, that the mechanic pushed the hoses out of their fittings in order to seat the part. I had a third party verify that in fact it was the wrong part, and when I showed up for my third appointment they did not have anything ordered or scheduled for me. This story ended well as I had the issue eventually repaired at another , third party shop, and warranty ended up covering all cost. Once again I had to deal with service, as I broke down on the 401. The warranty I purchased with the vehicle "covers" 200km towing, however when I called the service department to have the towing arranged, I was told I'd have to take care of that myself. I towed my car to a third party, only to find the water-pump failed. luckily this is in my warranty and service will be covered. Unfortunately, I am out $100 for the deductable on the warranty, and another $100 or so for a new CAA membership + extra towing mileage.

Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I am now the second person in my family to be lied to here. To start, when I showed interest in a vehicle the dealer, Sammy, called and texted me nonstop. It was very very annoying. Since i've heard sales harassment is a common issues with this dealership. I have also had constant issues with my vehicle since I bought it, the first starting shortly after 30 days of me purchasing it when my car filled with smoke while I was idling in a drive thru. Lights turn on every couple months and it messes up with how I can drive. Most recently I stalled in the middle of traffic within seconds of my transmission light turning on. 2 days later the light disappeared and its driving fine again. I've brought my car in once to them to look at and figure out why and they said there was nothing wrong. They had the nerve to blame it on my "female driving". I recently tried to trade it in and I was denied because of a major accident that wasn't disclosed to me. Its been over a year and I found it hidden in my contract. I asked them if there were any accidents BEFORE I showed interest and they told me no. I called Sammy and asked why I wasn't made aware and he blamed it on my poor memory. He kept interrupting and wouldn't let me say my side. He encouraged me to speak to his manager.... who would be back at work in April.

Worst Customer Service.! Once you buy a car from there, they don't care about you even after couple of weeks of buying a car. First of all, they sold me car with problem and when I went for diagnostic, they asked me to pay 50 $ and said they may not be able to find the problem. Really.!! Do you call it customer service? I live in Windsor and I had to go Chatham twice but instead of helping me, they refused to help.

I was looking to sell my leased Chev Crusie. I called Auto Motion In short I spoke with Salesperson Nancy H. Super nice professional asked all the right questions. Introduction to the Sales Manager In two hours they purchased my car. The Chev dealer in town did little to next to none. Need car go to Auto Motion ask Nancy this young lady knows her stuff and will not disappoint you. You also will want to meet Doug I think he is the owner or partner. But that is not important. I bought an SUV from here! I had a list of things I wanted fixed especially the trickling sound, sound like water! Well they fixed everything but that! A couple of days after buying this car I had no heat in the winter! They fixed it then the heat went again a couple of days later! Fixed it! Still had the trickling noise! They said give it a couple of days for the coolant to run all the bubbles out! Guess what the reason they didn't want to fix the noise! It was my head gasket $7000 and only last 6 months! Then my car would overheat anytime I came to a light! Thanks auto motion for selling a piece of junk and knowing the whole time! Will never never ever go there! Who wants to buy a 10 year old SUV with 200000 km on it and last 6 months! I have learned my lesson and know a lot more about vehicles and safeties!!!

Ive been shopping for a Ford f150 for a short time here in London and in Toronto had nothing that I could afford or it had way too many kms or it turned out to be junk. I ended up at Chatham at Auto Motion. They had a truck I liked but again the kms were too high. After chatting with Josh and Gil I ended up in a Ford f150 but newer. A very nice truck. I bought the warranty with since having some bad experiences elsewhere I thought it would be a good idea. It was. My check engine light came on. The team at Auto Motion checked the out the onboard computer and found that the turbo was defective. A Ford problem. They made arrangements to come to London and get my truck and drop off a loner. I guess I would call that great customer relations. I do suggest looking for your next vehicle at this place. They treated me with respect and helped out without putting any pressure on the sale. I enjoyed my time there and I'll be back for my next truck at this place.

Overall not happy with this company. A few months ago I bought a used vehicle, and was highly pressured into 1) buying the vehicle that I just wanted to test drive, the sales woman wouldnt let me walk away, or take the weekend to think about it, and 2)pressured into buying the extended warranty package for over 2 grand. Being a young female, I dont know much about cars or have much experience in buying them. Told her I would talk to my boyfriend tonight and sleep on it. She told me to "call my boyfriend right now". So today I Heard a bunch of different things from a family member about how your warranty could possibly be voided, so I called to check on them. I did read the papers she gave me about the warranty but it was so much to take in I didnt remembe8 everything . The saleswoman failed to explain the extended warranty thouroughly and I have not kept receipts for my past oil changes, therefore my warranty is now voided.. and I'm still paying for it. Thanks auto motion , will not be back in the future, and would not reccomend. Take your business somewhere else.

My sales experience at Auto Motion was not bad. High pressure sales rep- as they usually are. GREAT F&I Manager who assisted me and explained everything in detail. However, after purchasing a used 2011 Nissan Sentra at the end of July 2013 I have been having multiple problems. My Service Engine light has come on 3 times since purchase. My windshield wiper fluid reservoir was stuck and would not spray out fluid. My transmission needed to be completely flushed as the fluid was so dirty (a maintenance issue yes-- but something you would hope a Dealer would complete as a courtesy). My airflow sensor has needed changing. And today my car would not turn over as the key could not be recognized in my WIN. Now I understand "buyer beware" and all that jazz-- I work for Chrysler. HOWEVER, as a consumer I had hoped purchasing a lease turn in that was under 3 years old was a good decision. As someone who chose not to purchase an extended warranty at the time of sale I understand that Auto Motion is not responsible for these repairs but I am very unhappy with the repairs I am making on a car that I am also making monthly payments on. I train hundreds of Chatham-Kent and surrounding area residents every year. I have heard many stories of consumers purchasing vehicles from the lot with the same results. Please ensure to ask your sales rep if a full inspection of the vehicle has been made before deciding to purchase off their lot. Considering this car is costing me 11 grand and change I do not feel I got what I am paying for.

Horrible service; the worst I have ever experienced. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle, but the salesman was the most unprofessional that I have ever met. He was rude, pressuring, and had no interest in what I had to say. I could not even finish my sentence before he cut me off to say “do you want the car or not? It’s a simple yes or no answer.” On top of that, he gave no information on the car when I asked any questions. He also lied about the mileage on the vehicle. I felt rushed by him as well. To take the car for a drive he said “make sure you’re quick and hurry up. Drive to the end of the block and back, and that’s it.” I would have bought the car if he didn’t provide such horrible service. DO NOT purchase anything from Sammy Awada unless you want to feel unimportant and not worth someone’s time. Never again will I even step foot in this place, and I will ensure everyone I know is aware of his unprofessionalism.

Worst car buying experience ever !!! Complete lies and disrespect as soon as i gave a deposit Within 48 hours of having the car i bought from them the dashboard lit up like a christmas tree No help from dealership Weeks had passed .I had to carry on with my life and business Long behold i find out i have a meeting im chatham so thought i would drop by the dealer while i was in town to discuss the issues i have had (im from toronto) Half way to chatham, i pull off at an enroute. Only to come back to my car and discover it will not go into gear I towed the car i bought from auto motion only 2 months ago 140 kms to them Only to have the sales manager Hattam get upset with me and try to divert the issue to irrelevant matters To the point Hattam came nose to nose with me acting like he wanted to fight me I couldnt believe me eyes After i asked to back away from me, Hattam and another manager asked me to leave the dealership and refused to help me DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!
