This is not truly a loan, it's more of an loc. Regular payments do not go to the principal. They also state in e-mails if paid off prior to 48 hours before payment due the payment will not be processed but this is not true. Beware, very predatory and unprofessional. I paid down my principal, so weekly payment decreased, then all of sudden Ia payment for the full initial principal comes out of my account and they won't answer the phone of course.

Big Mood

These people are crooks, first they charged me DOUBLE the amount stated in the contract weekly for 3 months. I was supposed to pay 109 weekly and they charged me 220. And when I tried to email them about their mistake they either don't respond or don't do anything to fix it. I had to put stop payments on them because I kept getting NSF fees. I finally got a hold of them to fix their error and they put me into collections, further ruining my credit. Worst company ever, they don't even a phone number to contact them, just a message box they never answer. See attached photos.

STAY AWAY!!! Don't bother with this company. They operate under different companies but are all the same. They don't ever answer your emails and aren't responsive even with calls. The number listed isn't the actual number. They claim that all the money being taken out of your account is only for interest nothing towards capital even if you give them an amount they don't listen.

UPDATE: Marta from Northstar contacted me and has made everything right. I was sent back the money I was owed. Thank you. Very unethical company. I had previous loans with them and paid them off. I was declined a loan on latest application, but they start taking out payments even though I did have an outstanding loan with them. I tried to contact them to discuss the issue, but they have not responded to any of my emails. They essentially stole money from me and will not even own up to it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I applied for a loan, from deposit my cash now which I guess North Star Brokers handles. I signed the paperwork, and never received the funds. I have called them multiple times and that deposit my cash now company and even emailed them and received no response from either company and I’m pretty mad. I don’t want this loan because I don’t want to deal with a company like this. I received a payment reminder for an upcoming payment, but wait you never gave me the funds. How can you take money from me when you never paid me. Again I have tried to call and emailed and received no answer. This is a joke!!!!
