Branch agents only care about their numbers/stats. Good luck trying to payoff your loan early, they wont like it & try everything under the sun to make sure it doesnt happen (declining your transaction through their terminal on purpose, telling you to pay it online instead so the money will go through the interest instead of payoff amount and not tell you you have the option to bring a draft/traite bancaire) and add an insurance you dont need but will make you believe it comes with the loan even though its optional and you actually have the right to decline it ! Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were very helpful to me this summer and extended a few due dates because of the covid19 situation

I only wanted to have an idea of how much I could be eligible for. Also, the amount you are ''pre-approved'' for online is not necessarily the amount they will offer at the next step. Finally, the agent they assigned to me never replied to my last email asking what happened with my credit. They're friendly and cordial to a certain extent.
