Not very helpful. They will find any excuse to refuse you. They asked me to pay off an account, which I did. I provided them with proof. They asked me to provide them with proof of my car loan, which I did. I did everything they asked me to but for what? They give you the slightest felling that you are approved and then find another reason to stop the loan. They just like to waste people's time.

They will happily offer anyone a loan at 45% but the interest rate is really 60 once compounding is considered. This is a trap to steal from you the rest of your life. On top they will add on insurance which almost doubled your dept without telling you. A story has been done on CBC Marketplace about this business.

The "representative" I dealt with, horrid. 1 month of waiting for a follow up from the person, sensitive documents sent in for review as requested, weekly follow up emails to find out what the status was only to have to call the 1-800 number to get an answer 1 month later. Unprofessional, curt & rude. I understand it's the rep that I dealt with, however, if that's the type of person employed by this company, forget it. I'm not interested. Work on improving your credit, rebuild it & get a loan with your bank.
