They sold a condo in our complex and used/hired a bailiff and movers to get owners possessions removed. They did not notify the condo administration of move to avoid paying moving fees. In addition, movers caused damage to location and left garbage in front of lobby entrance. We contacted them and they never called us back.

(Original) Deux mois notre dossier a trainé, au point ou la transaction (acte notarié) a du être annulée. Je n'ai jamais vu une équipe aussi désorganisée et dont la logistique est très compliquée. Personne n'a jamais le même discours, des documents sont demandés alors qu'ils ont déjà été envoyés depuis des mois, ils vérifient leurs affaires dernière minute, etc. Après deux mois, le dossier/contrat était apparement enfin finalisé pour signature, pour qu'ils nous demandent finalement une collatérale supplémentaire, après deux mois. Ils ne semblaient même pas connaître leurs chiffres. Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie, surtout si, comme tout acheteur, vous avez des délais à respecter.
