We recently had the great opportunity to work with Danielle and her team in purchasing our first home in Maryland. Danielle had previously assisted us with a rental property and it was time to upgrade and purchase. Danielle is very knowledgeable of the area and will definitely negotiate for you with your best interest in mind! She and her team are very professional and courteous to deal with and the communication was the best. We were able to find our home and close in record time and this was not so with previous home purchases. I was actually quite amazed at how quick it all happened.
