Crossed over into PEI on my vacation. Starter drive stopped working, got it to start one more time went to Red Rock and they got me in right away, fixed it while my crew had lunch. We got it back at around 2 pm and put on a couple hundred miles that evening. They were very fair with the price as well. Thanks to the friendly young lady that gave me and my wife a ride to the hotel, thanks to the tech and writer. Great Job.

My daughter was on the Island on holidays I asked her to stop in at the Harley shop and picked up a jacket for me brought it back to Edmonton. It was to big I called and Krista said not a problem mail it back and we will send the smaller one. Which I did and I received the smaller one today, it fits perfect. Salesmen with the goatee was not only rude but terribly unknowledgeable about all their own bikes and others. Also the owner refused 3 other customers who had travelled a long way and just needed parts due to its being 10 minutes to closing time. Rude and unprofessional I wouldn't give them my business. It's definitely a sad excuse for a Harley Davidson.
