This is the worst tax preparing office I have ever dealt with. I had to call back numerous times to make sure my tax return was being moved forward. Now, I've been told there was a missing form in one of my returns and have spent two weeks calling their office trying to speak with someone. I'll never be using them again.

I have used liberty tax in courtenay for many years. They get it done and never have I had any issues from rev Canada. Kristin is a no nonsense get it done person. I cant imagine having a bad experience when she’s involved unless your one of those folks that can never be pleased. If your looking for a solid professional tax return this is the best choice hands down.

Have been going to Liberty Tax for 5 years now and never had a problem. However experienced some problems with the Asian lady. There was definitely a language barrier with her. Found myself repeating myself a lot. Although she was very friendly and patient.

Kristen was incredibly professional, comforting, easy to talk to, and thoroughly sorted it all out. Staff was nice but not very aggressive enough, in my book, to get the best return. Very conservative and safe. Guarantied no come back from the Government for sure. Did not want to claim my child's activity expenses ( $500 credit ) because was not convinced it applied although I had receipts and read the government requirements that confirmed his eligibility. Doing my taxes my self next year...
