I have always used this company when flying back home, that was until this weekend.
After arriving from a late flight the rep at the desk was extremely unprofessional on so many levels. She was under the avis sign, we asked if budget was there and her response raising her voice was "I am budget" and she asked why it took us so long to get up to the desk. (we had waited in the wrong line for 40 minutes)
She then said our car wasn't booked until the following morning, extra money to have another driver on the rental, spoke to us in such a degrading way as if we were stupid to her. My mother asked if we were still getting our original car and the lady looked at her and basically yelled "what, no you messed up your rental"
After being told we were getting a different vehicle my mother asked what it was like "well i'm sure you wouldn't want an SUV so you're getting a luxury car you know because you screwed this up" I'd probably need six pages of paper to write about how disrespectful this woman was to us but i'll save you the time.
Lastly, getting out to our car that had A FOOT PRINT on the front windshield... yes a bare footprint. The vehicle looked as if it was a personal vehicle that hadn't been cleaned in a year, I was disgusted enough that I had to go buy wipes to CLEAN the areas in which our bodies would come in contact with.
I will NEVER go back to this place, being as it was always my number one place to rent a vehicle 5 times a year out there I am saddened by this as I've never had a problem but thanks to this employee that has changed.
