I am amazed at the costumer services at this location. I am a positive and very friendly person i have made friends with everyone i have made contact with over the years but since the first day i walked into this branch, you can just feel unwelcome'd, don't know if it's a bad day or race issues but they are the most rudest group of women i have ever met in my profession. Goodness try calling the office to find out info, they are just straight out mean and rude on the phone with no costumer services at all, just attitude and leaving you with that negative energy feeling. So i have decided that i will NO longer deal with this branch until the entire staff including the manager are all replaced with some happy positive costumer service professional people.

No one should get any kind of loan from Venue Financial, my daughter went there, without me knowing, she did everything they asked, she told the rep. that she would be in to pay the amount she owed, the rep said that would be great. I can't believe it, they cashed her check two days before it was due. She now has NSF fees, my daughter is a minimum income employee, take my advice and please don't use these companies they steal money from people that can't afford it.

I can not take out a $200 loan because I am an orphan. I have never previously requested a loan from anywhere. I have never owed money to any institution. I don't like the idea of borrowing money or owning a credit card (I own a debit-credit card). I would rather just work hard, save my money, and buy stuff. I work across the street (literally) and provided bank statements (showing my pay), pay stub, gave them my financial and employment information including my managers phone #, etc. so I could hopefully borrow $200 for one week (until payday). I requested the loan because someone moved out of my rental house with no notice and left us with the bill. Venua Financial wanted "2 family references and 2 friend references" but my my mother and father split up when I was 1 year old, and my father (who raised me until I was 12) died before my 13th birthday; I was shipped from foster home to group home until I was old enough (16 years old) to move out on my own - which is what I did. I don't have any names or phone numbers from these foster parents (I'm 30 now) and so I was denied a loan. Furthermore, their computer/application systems were down when I walked in. I called ahead so I could gather all documents etc, and asked for an application form when I was on my lunch break, so I could save some time. I got off work at 3:30 and had promised to do some volunteer work at 5, so my time was limited. I was told over the phone that it only takes approx. 15 minutes to apply, but this took approx. 45 minutes. I was not impressed with a) the extra wait, b) the denial, or c) the whole experience. First and last time asking for a loan in the foreseeable future.

False advertising of decision within 2hours. Been waiting 24 and no answer. Called the office 3 times just to get told twice it's being worked on and once that the girl would get head office to call me right away. That's been an hour and still waiting. Not very good customer service????then I call the toll free number to be told that the lady I talked to will look into it and call me back in a couple minutes...almost an hour ago. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Doesn't even deserve the one star I gave more like -5 stars

She is very rude and the most unhelpful person I ever encountered. She needs to take a course in customer service. And Tyler, all he knows how to be is Marlene's little puppet. Great friendly staff. Offer Loan protection plan so incase something happens it's paid for which ain't offered anywhere else. There privately owned and would recommend to anyone that wants to be treated good when your going somewhere cause your in a tough spot. Also offered payment plan over a length of time when borrowed over 700 so would still have a paycheque and not be forced to reborrow.
