Though the staff are fantastic helpful individuals, I would highly recommend running for the hills. The interest on these loans are so high that I was paying $389 a month for a $6100 loan. The $389 only covered interest. Before I had gotten a well paying job meaning I am earning well over $1,500 a week I was in the worst financial position due to the loan I took out with easy financial. All said and done I paid $9,264 in interest and 3937.76 on top of my regular payments to pay off the loan. Which means I officially paid $13,201.76 for a $6,100 dollar loan. The worst part is, I would have saved money, had less stress and built my credit had I just got a third job to cover the costs I needed the loan for. Overall, this loan was the worst decision I have ever made. Highly recommend not getting a loan sark loan. It is designed to drain you financially.. despite what they say it doesn’t help 1 bit. Also, all the positive reviews are paid reviews. Talk to real customers 0% satisfaction rate.

Wasted my time, told me so many times they would call me back but i ended up having to call the next day every day in order for my application to be finished. Like legit for every step i ended up waiting all day only to call them the next day and be informed that they hadn't even started the process in which they told me the previous day that it would be done. Ended up waiting 3 days only to be told that id have to get a new cosigner. Anyways i dont care about not getting the loan. Im upset that for any service to be provided i had to call them. Fix your lazy employees.

She process the application through the phone with me so I didn't need to go there to do it. An absolute joke. I refused the loan for 3 months and kept getting harassed. Finally gave it a try as covid finally caught up to me and on the first payment back they screwed up and charged me for 3 payments instead of 1. They then screwed up by taking money out on opposite weeks and they still call me daily because I'm a payment behind because of this but they still keep taking it out. Everytime I talk to them its suppose to be fixed for the correct week and what do you know a few hours later I get a the same phone call daily but its never fixed. One of the biggest regrets of my life not worth it

The lady I've been dealing with at this office has been so great, up until now. I spoke to her last week (even though she kept denying it, and cutting me off) and she said to miss the payment and we could set up a deferral come Monday. Well now it's Tuesday and she can't do a deferral on the payment because I've already done 1 in the past. Well had she told me this last week, I would have made the payment. She basically called me a liar and said we didn't speak last week. I didn't talk to her. I have her literally on my CALL DISPLAY as she keeps calling me at work. I've updated my phone # previously with someone else, and she continues calling my work. I let her know I've updated my phone number before and she continued calling me a liar. I see from the past reviews that this isn't the first time. I would like a higher up than her to contact me. I will gather all the call display details and phone conversations we've had thus far to prove I am NOT A LIAR. I'm also taking this matter to head office and legal matters as well. That is NOT how you treat a customer of yours who is giving you WAY MORE MONEY than beyond the original loan. I've heard from others that she doesn't explain fees either, so now I have to go through my details and gather any and all hidden costs.

Not easy at all. Did the application on line, and emailed back and forth with someone who claimed to be the manager, and he was nice enough, but my last email with questions went unanswered. I called to find out what was up, and I was told my application was withdrawn due to lack of contact. She reactivated and ran it only to tell me I dont qualify to finance with them. I have an Eqi 640 and TU of 692, how do I not qualify??? Then she had the nerve to push some kind of savings program with them, where I make payments yet get nothing. Stay away people, its not worth your time or aggravation. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND DEFINITELY NOT MAYFIELD COMMON BRANCH! I had a loan with easy financial for about 5 years! The first loan I paid off early - it was a two year term and I paid it in one year. I got a second loan - EXTREMELY HIGH INTEREST - like I think it’s 48%! I have made my loan payments properly but then became unemployed. I STILL maintained my payments through that time! I started work again but it was slow and money was super tight and STILL I made the payments until I just couldn’t keep up. I became unemployed at the end of June through mass layoffs and started a new job in October. I was making payments even after my job loss in June - except September and October I just couldn’t. I WILL be able to resume payments - I had to move for this new job, government cutbacks has directly impacted my hours and I’ve now taken in a second employer so - I should be ok once I start getting a regular pay check. Easy financial does NOT care. TONY IS THE MANAGER AND SHE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH! She is like a rabid shark! Her employees are much more professional. After a screaming telephone conversation with her where she told me she doesn’t care what I have to do to get her money - beg borrow or steal....I hung up. She called me back and left a very calm voicemail saying “we must have gotten disconnected - give me a call back”. What the hell????? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - YOULL NEVER GET OUT FROM THEM - AT THE VERY LEAST STAY AWAY FROM MAYFIELD COMMON BRANCH AND TONY!

I have been dealing with Keri for many years and is always there to get the cash I need. Not alot of financial institutions will help a person out in a time of need but she will. No questions asked except the ones she needs to ask which is a breath of fresh air. These days with all that's going on Keri is there to help in anyway possible. In a matter of minutes and a good couple of laughs everything was done. Everything was done over the phone or via email. This place is the place to go when your in a pinch for some cash. Do not get a loan through these guys. They will lie to you for whatever will get you to sign for the loan. Tell you that interest will start in 12 months if you dont pay it off in time. Then say that interest is 29.9% right away. Then you call them in a few months to see how you are doing on it and it has barley moved because "well sir, your interest is 49.5%" but that was also a lie because the math points to it actually being a few points away of 80%. Dont be fooled, this place and Spring Financial are borderline scam companies.

However, fast forward to their new easy financial scam. I have been sent emails, phone calls etc asking me to apply. They hit my credit and check my account for my payroll and see that I would quailfy and then deny me. Which is absolutely fine by me. Especially after hearing of a friend of mines experience. My employment situation is unusual, but Sherry helped me track down all the paperwork I needed. Once she had all the information, she submitted the application. I had approval by mid-afternoon the following day, and once I signed the papers, I had the etransfer in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and friendly. In fact, my only complaint is the interest rate - it is VERY high - but I suppose that goes with the territory.

The put the minimum amount of income above what a single person gets on pension so they can't get a loan. I was impressed with how well she mixed her down to earth vibe with her fine tuned professionalism. I was also availed the opportunity to witness her excellent leadership skills as I observed her training a new team member, David, during our transaction. David did a wonderful job, explaining everything in detail and taking careful measures to make sure all was done correctly. Although he was still in training, I thought he came across as quite competent and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in assisting me through the application process and closing the loan. It was all done in a matter of a couple days and I was back on track and I feel comfortable with my choice to deal through them.

Then I come to see things that were not supposed to be added(charged) were and because I didn't read the contract word for word I'm stuck pay "insurance" fees. I missed ONE payment this past week and they called me ONE TIME. I missed it cause I was working. This morning they called my workplace, my friends and references saying I was being sent to collections. They are never pleasant, they do NOT want to help you event though they say it a dozen time a conversation. This branch is always a pleasure to deal with. The manager is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything with great detail in a way that's easy to understand. Would definitely recommend this branch.

Came into Easy Financial looking for a personal loan after having really bad customer service at another loan location that I had previously dealt with for 6 years... Drew Matousek was the first friendly face I saw ready and willing to help me with all my questions and was able to do what others couldn't do with the exact same information! Covid protocols in place I was able to complete the whole loan process start to finish in one day and had my financial needs met & exceeded. Drew brought a number of points to my attention that I had neglected to think about and was helpful in pointing them out to me which I found very very enlightening. Only down side was the very high interest rates, does make the whole process once everything is in the end stages of approval quite unappealing...

Getting the Loan part was great, it helped a great deal. Been with them for a few years. But I am not sure about other stores and their people the Sarnia store only ever has 1 employee, doesn't answer the phones or reply to your emails. They aren't quick to help when really needed.

Easy financial is staffed by exceptional and very responsive staff. It isn't ideal to use a service like high rate lender for anybody however when it is needed then these guys are available to help, and it was a pleasure. Just pay out ahead of schedule! ????

Alright let me tell you about my experience with Easyfinancial. I needed a small loan so I called and was approved pretty easily, paying around $100-150 a month back was fine for me. But after I was approved for the loan, they started trying to sell a "credit building" program to me in which I would pay around $150 more a month, but once I reached a certain amount (I think it was $1200) I was supposed to get it back. I told the man I was speaking with MANY times that another 150 a month was not feasible for me as I am very low income. He insisted I could afford it and we went back and forth for probably 30 minutes because he WOULD NOT let up. He coerced me into joining this program. After a couple of months, however, I was behind on payments. I literally did not have that much money, as I told the guy I talked to would happen. So they sold off my debt to collectors, including the "credit building" program "debt" so I will have to pay all of it in full and never get the money back like I was supposed to. I wish I would have continued to insist I did not want to be in the program, but I had already said no so many times and gotten nowhere so I gave in. a couple thousand dollars might not seem like much to some, but this debt has crippled me financially and I'm unsure if I will ever be able to bring my credit back up. Absolutely do not recommend working with them.

My experience at this branch was fantastic. After completing the application online I was contacted by a represented of the local branch in my area fairly quickly. Momina was extremely helpful and explained the contracted clearly and was very knowledgeable when answering question. Darsh was also very friendly and I felt like it was more like a "family run" business then a faceless franchise. Loan was received the same day. Highly recommend them.
