I used to be regular customer .had my loan approved five times in the past . However I approached for two thousand dollars loan also providing a cosigner for that. We collectively had over 50 thousand collateral on us . Still she treat that as a pice of junk . And she is shouting at us about her company policy, yelling on us that she rude but that itself explains everything.(where you should know that they charge 48% interest you consider this place as last when you are in need of some money) and the customer care CHELLA being so rude to us reminded me of what really Philippine financial services means. Never be back again almost got attacked by her credit machine beside her, it might sound crazy but I highly recommend the manager the cc camera and see how good your staff works with customers. She was almost like an treating us like animals that's called harassment.

I would encourage Filipino temporary workers NOT to borrow from this institution as they will bully you and threaten you if you can't pay simply because you are not a permanent resident. They will use scare tactics. I have a friend who had difficulty paying and when he went to the institution in the NE...the lady demanded payment even to the point where she searched his pockets for money. This is a tactic that scares people who think they have no rights. If you would like to discuss this review please contact me.

I've been going to Philippine financial for 3 years now and there very nice and generous to lend me and my family some money in times of emergency. I had a bad record with the bank due to being laid off and my husband declared bankruptcy at the time, but they still helped us and believed in us. We were able to get back up and now I am back and working if it weren't for them I wouldn't know where me and my family will be. Salamat po ng marami sa pag approve saamin. i was at T&T NE, i saw that there’s no customer in line unlike iremit on the other side of the mall so i thought BINGO! So i went in, while waiting for the cashier to process my remittance thru Western Union, the lady behind her(I DO NOT KNOW WHO SHE IS, MIGHT BE THE OWNER WHO KNOWS?) suddenly asked me if i have any problem, i thought just like a customer they will asked you if you’re ok. I said im good, later did i know that she was mad at me for looking at her. LOL She accused me of looking at her from head to toe and that (masama daw ako kung makatingin) I said i was looking at your face standing behind the lady Cashier and her sitting infront of you, back and fort from high to low. To think it was the first time i saw her, and how can you miss to look when she is right infront of you non-stop talking on the phone. She even asked my name to the cashier who assist me (for what? to bully me?), and told me that it’s fine if i will not come back. Again LOL, the way she act it is already given that "I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL EVER GO BACK" In fairness, i do not know what their services are till i google it, i just drop by to use their Western Union. I thought i could save few dollars, but i’d rather pay more than deal with someone like her. Piece of advice, if you don’t want to be looked at, then stay where no one can see you , i am a customer and you don’t treat your customer like that
