Heather from MMG Mortgages worked with us on the financing of our new home. At the same time I worked with the bank which I had financial relationship for over 20 years. Heather was able offer better rates on every single term every time beating the bank which could not offer enough flexibility to a long term client. Our experience of working with Heather and her team was fantastic from start to finish. We came to MMG one week before we had to waive financing conditions on a condo that we had put an offer on. With a slightly complex financial situation we were having difficulty getting the mortgage we wanted from our bank (which we had banked with for many years and had another mortgage).
