I have experienced probably the WORST customer service ever at this Duca location. Whether it was the terrible communication between myself and my financial advisor... or the fact my financial advisor changed 3 times without my knowledge while all of my concerns were being overlooked. I cannot begin to express my frustration. After multiple issues, I shut down ALL accounts with Duca in November 2021, then I still had investment payments coming out in December and January. AFTER I CLOSED ALL ACCOUNTS AND INVESTMENTS!!! None of my issues were taken seriously, and I am so overly frustrated. I will never bring business back here and I will be informing all my friends and family of my issues here as well.

Excellent staff and service at this branch—they are very personal, and being a member of a credit union has many benefits—I like using the exchange network ATMs at no fee and the possibility of earning dividends at the end of the year. One drawback is only Monday-Friday hours and no Sunday telephone support— I have been with this branch for many years and I’ve never had an issue. Definitely recommend!
