This is the worse dealership. Do not buy a KIA if you care for your safety. The air bag sensors are located too low and DON'T open when in a severe crash. The staff is not knowledgeable enough to warn you about it and you will get brushed off if you do bring any concerns.




















Took my sportage in to get my winter tires put on, check engine light and check my auto starter. I signed a work order totalling $80. Picked up the car the next day. Was presented with a bill for $250. They did do a recall, which they should. They broke my wheel lock nut, then charged me an hour labour for their error. They also charged an hour labour to diagnose a check an engine code. (Quoted me $38) They won’t look at aftermarket starters, which I’m fine with, they didn’t charge for that. I spoke with that service manager and voiced my concerns that I signed a work order for 80 and I’m paying 4 times that without anyone calling me or letting me know. He offered to take nothing off he bill, saying he can’t do anything about the overcharging. I pointed out that it’s pointless for me to sign an estimate if you don’t have to honour it! He just looked down at the work order and nodded his empty head. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen at a dealership. I will not be going back for further maintenance. If I could rate you guys lower, I would.

Service here has been horrible. Lack of communication and still waiting on my Kia Stinger to be repaired after being road tested and diagnosed over a month ago.

I can not get over the quality and make of KIA’s models. I test drove a couple vehicles before deciding on the KIA Sedona. I was first impressed with its spacious layout, plenty of room for the driver and each passenger. The other thing that impressed me was how it handled on the roads especially during this winter season. The dealership was clean and inviting and the sales agents were friendly and easy to talk to.

Got a car here and loved the experience sorta , definitely friendly staff and can help you get into a car however very unorganized . I wanted a something else but unfortunately was only able to get what they could give me . I love it but hate it at the same time . The other problems where I had to sign two leases , which made my payments go up ? I never understood why I had to sign too but it caused a lot of stress after to find out 3 months later after signing the second lease that the new payments would come out right after I just paid my car payment , they did fix it but it shouldn’t have happened at all . And then getting the run around Kia brockville saying it wasn’t them and Kia Financial saying it’s Kia brockvilles fault I’m prettty sure it’s both there faults if I didn’t have to sign two leases :/ Dealing with them was great they definitely fix it they are friendly but I dunno if I’m the only one that has dealt with issues

I am on my third Kia and I have had no major issues with any of them. Stay away from Kia of Kingston, I bought my first one there and they wouldn't even fix warranty issues.





My wife and I just moved to the Brockville area. We have always been pleased with KIA so we went to Brockville KIA and we were not disappointed. The service was great, everyone was happy, not pushy, didn’t try to rush us. We were able to explain what we were wanting, and they chose a few models for us to test drive. We left with a new KIA Forte and a big smile on our faces. A++

I had a great experience at brockville Kia they treated with respect. They showed me the problem with my SUV .and they kept me up to date on the progress.





We bought a 2014 Kia Forte with 108,000km in 2016 for $15,425... a NEW kia(2018) is priced at $15,600.. Kia did well, our fault... a year and a half later and 24,000km ALL tires need replacing, ALL pads need replacing and ALL rotors need replacing- who in their right mind expects to replace all this after spending $15,000 on a car after only a year and a half??? Obviously the car was not sold in good faith.. it would be different if I was the one that drove the car, but my wife is the sole driver, and trust me, she couldn’t and wouldn’t drive a car to hurt it that bad.. I even offer to buy the rotors and pads and asked them to cover cost of installation but that wasn’t good enough- I was told ‘WE’ would have to buy ‘kia’ parts only, which of course are twice the cost of parts anywhere else and they would cover ONLY 2 hours of the 4 hours labor. Btw, shop rate is a disgusting $109/hr...and of course the cost of 4 new tires is on us as well..and then we have thrown in our face we didn’t bring the car in for regular servicing- I don’t know about you, but I certainly can’t afford $109/hr, and also told that if we brought it to our own mechanic that they should’ve told us it needs maintenance- UMM THATS EXACTLY WHAT WE DID, and it made no difference- kia was still not going to help out.. we normally take our kicks and suck it up, but we’ve had enough..one of the worst experiences I’ve had.. never again will I deal with the ignorant, smug, little p***k that runs the service department. Has a way of talking down to people- especially women- thinking he knows more than anyone else. They are your best friends at Kia when they’re selling you a piece of junk, but couldn’t care less about you after you leave.





I drive to Brockville from Kingston for work everyday. Yesterday's first show was a bit unnerving to drive in. I have never owned snow tires for any of the vehicles I have driven. Yesterday I decided it was time to put them on my car. What a difference!!! No more fishtails, easy acceleration and stopping is now more responsive. The crew at KIA of Brockville were very quick to help me get this taken care of. I would recommend their service department to anyone. Thanks again to the team, much appreciated.

Very poor quality in service department. Damaged my wheel studs during a winter change over. Lied about replacing a damaged stud. Ended up with more damaged studs and eventually a wheel bearing replacement they wouldn't pay for. Almost $500 due to their carelessness. All under warranty. Avoid their service department at all costs!
