Where to begin, My name is Steve Parsons and this was my 3rd dealing with Jenna between purchasing and refinancing and I can't possibly thank her enough. I have had credit related hurdles which she worked feverishly to get me not only approved, but with the best rates, terms, and conditions possible. Jenna worked so hard it almost seemed like a personal challenge every time. Jenna not only got me my financing but laid a path for me to get my credit back on track. She actually cares. The comfort level when dealing with her is amazing and constant communication during the process leaves you feeling like you're her only client.
