Alright people listen up. Buying a house is flipping annoying. There's a butt-ton of steps involved to even be qualified to SEE a house.. and then you gotta do this typical bidding war because for some reason everyone and their dog are trying to Buy.. and THEN if you manage to snag a house (prob at least 20% over asking) your immediately under the gun to submit a all these docs to a bunch of stiffs that most people call "the lender" who are insanely specific and rigid in their rule-setting and your pain brings them great pleasure. Oh and if you don't submit the docs in time and in proper fashion you'll be sued most likely because you've likely gone in without conditions in order to stay competitive. Well guys, thank goodness for Jared. Thank goodness this man, this son of a gun, this bronze golden God, this gem of a human came into my life incarnate as my mortgage broker and whisked me away into a subtle and heavenly bliss. Like SERIOUSLY.. "without a paddle" doesn't even come close to an adequate analogy to describe how overwhelmed and ill-equipped I'd be if it weren't for Mr. Little (unless your thinking about the major B-list hollywood movie titled "Without a Paddle" in which a scene occurs where the characters spoon half nude in order to efficiently pass along body warmth for survival during a life-threatening chilly night.. in which case Jared was my big spoon during this process and the analogy is in-fact suitable after all). The TLDR here, though I do encourage you read it all, is that Jared Little is extremely professional, flexible and detail oriented - which are particularly important qualities to possess in this sort of business. He always accommodated my difficult schedule no matter the day - like he actually worked with me on his days off frequently because they were the only days I had available. He made document submission convenient by offering me multiple options/platforms in which we could communicate such as text and email - and also allowed me to submit forms/photos in a myriad of filetypes saving me time and gripe - and provided tools to help pull information that would have otherwise been time-consuming for me to do manually. He is extremely knowledgeable and can provide guidance on things such as choosing a lender, deciding on fixed vs variable rates, and even lend insight on insurance policies and appraisals. Additionally he is very well connected within his industry and thus can provide great recommendations for other necessary services such as a Lawyer or home insurance providers. I felt he constantly had my best interest in mind and I would recommend his services to anyone considering a home purchase. Wishing all you future home buyers a cozy trip into ownership and I pray Jared can take you on because you truly don't want or need anyone else on this journey. let me show you the formula for satisfaction YOU + JARED + YOUR HOME = Bliss
