Wasted my time, told me so many times they would call me back but i ended up having to call the next day every day in order for my application to be finished. Like legit for every step i ended up waiting all day only to call them the next day and be informed that they hadn't even started the process in which they told me the previous day that it would be done. Ended up waiting 3 days only to be told that id have to get a new cosigner. Anyways i dont care about not getting the loan. Im upset that for any service to be provided i had to call them. Fix your lazy employees.

First time getting a loan and I was quite nervous. Keya, the lady who helped me was very nice and explained everything I needed to know. She was very patience with me and kind. She process the application through the phone with me so I didn't need to go there to do it. I would say I got great customer service there. *EDIT: Kristy has been very helpful throughout my loan situation. Very easy to reachout to her than Keya. Keya was good at the beginning but unfortunately she promised a lot of things with me that didn't get done on time and always late in doing the deeds.

I have tried twice in two years to try and get a loan. My credit score is in the very good range and I am on pension. Because I am on pension, they don't and won't let me get a loan. The put the minimum amount of income above what a single person gets on pension so they can't get a loan. Why would I bother working hard to build my credit only have all loans turned down because I am "poor"?

Please don't get talked into buying the insurance with any loan that easy has to offer. They will not help you in a time of need. I was always told not to buy the insurance, but easy talked me into it. They told me its a good to have coverage if you ever have los of work. So I did and unfortunately as a nurse i was injured at work. I gave my doctors note and work note that I was going to be off work for more than a few months. The insurance refused to cover me because I had a "previous treatment for anxiety" Anxiety had nothing to do with my work injury. I now pay top money for an insurance company that is not in any way helpful. If you need a loan please do not pay the extra for insurance. It will save you so much money! I hope this helps and I wish I had followed the Google review myself.

If you don't mind being hosed in interest then by all means great company they'll give you what you need when you need it but you will pay for it. The NSF fees are insane if they won't help you reschedule a payment. The interest is so insane, how ever I agreed to it I just never thought it would take so long to pay such a small loan. Great service, wouldn’t recommend getting a loan from this COMPANY. The workers deal with so much because the COMPANY charges so much! At 46.9 percent interest it is really hard to pay off the loan. The only good thing about the loan was the extra car care. It’s like CAA! Other then that I’m glad they took me on, but the interest rate is a lot. In two years of paying almost 500 a month I only paid off 1000$ on my loan. Do the research!! I know I will if ever need anything!

Going into this, you need to realize that its a place for people with lower credit. That in mind, its a good place to start establishing credit, or to build up on your credit. Keep in mind though, your payments will be high, interest will be high and term length will be low. It does the job, but don't go in expecting it to be as good as you would get from a bank. It fills a need, and it does that fairly well.

Very disappointed. I went to them as I was in desperate need of emergency funds and they were my only option. They were very fast to reply to me to get what they needed to approve the loan which was great. Within a day I received the funds. Watch out for hidden fees and optional fees that are made out to be mandatory such as insurance for almost $30/ month and $5 just to receive the loan. I was made to believe the insurance was mandatory and found out after it was not. I was not told it would cost $5 to receive the loan. When trying to get clarification on amounts due as I wanted to prepay the loan off before the first payment, they only responded after I sent more than one email which was not very nice as I wanted to ensure they didn’t take out the first payment anyways or tell me it was too late to cancel it etc as I was able to pay it off before the first payment was due. Ensure you read everything thoroughly before signing and agreeing to use them. I will not be back. They also don’t even sign names in emails 99% of the time so you don’t even know whose responding to you. Loan sharks. Keep your eyes open when dealing with them.

The manager of this branch is very belittling. Every time I call for help she always makes me feel bad about my financial situation. I don't know who she is but I am not satisfied with the customer service here. I wanted to clear my balance but this office was stalling on giving me the details of my loan. They knew I was ready to pay my remaining balance and so acted like they weren't available to give me my information. CRAZY! Overall, their loans are helpful at first, but can put you in serious long term debt in the long run.. be careful to all the students out there like me who thought it was a good idea to accept the approved loan...

I received an offer to apply for a loan. I did the online application and was pre-approved. I was also told to expect a call from the company. After waiting, I decided to call but was told that I have to do another credit check. I REFUSED in order to protect my credit been pull twice in 2 days.. The service is very poor from Matt and Duwayne (manager) at the Welland St Branch in St. Catharaines. Ignore any offer as it does requires a 2nd credit check within 2 days both online and from the local office.....BAD customer service....................

I was tricked into signing a contract that was not the correct one, the employee had told me she would change the contract and let me know before my first bill so i could pay bi weekly instead of weekly. I then called in after 200 dollars was sucked out of my account for 60 dollars from easy financial and they said I was no longer able to call the branch because I was raising mynvoice and being "abusive" I highly encourage the next person to NOT GIVE EASY FINANCIAL YOUR BANKING INFORMATION.

Even though the interest rates might be higher than your regular local banks but the staff who has helped me through out has been the nicest people as compared to bank staffs. At least in my opinion and experience. Never had a problem with repayments and always had a good rapport with them as well. Hoping to have some good deals in the near future too! Was curious about their services, got partially through application when I realized $500 is more than I need (just need $100 for the week) I stopped the application to look for a proper payday loan instead of a big loan, they not only messaged but called to try and convince me to continue their application process in the middle of work. No means no! Leave me alone, if I need you I'm aware of you now, don't call me I'll call you.

I have never had this kind of bad experience with a company. I charged two times in one month for one payment and bank had returned one of that to my account but the company have charged me near $100 for their mistake. although I have document,the manager said that she can't do anything for me.
