We were under a time crunch to get our mortgage done. The bank changed their rules and we were referred to this agent. He did say he could get the job done but asked for cash for his payment. WOW!!! I did not think in this day in age people would try to pull that. Thankfully a credit union was able to help us and save us $$$$$$$$$$$.

Well, there’s no other way to put it.. this man is a mortgage magician! Dan recently helped my wife and I secure a mortgage after being turned down by a bank. Not only did he secure the mortgage, he did all of this in less than 24 hours to help push through the purchase of our first home at the financing deadline.
