I switched all my banking to BMO recently and the staff at this location made it super easy. Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I used to dread having to go into the bank but this BMO location makes it a lot less painful.

These people are thieves! They feel they own your money and outright refuse to give it to you! Not only that but rudely hang up on you for simply arguing who's money it is! Do NOT use this bank because it will continually take your money and make up fantastical stories why!! I have my bank statement printed that shows beyond a doubt I am right! Take this as a fair warning!

Switched from Tangerine to BMO. A few minor set backs at the beginning but corrected very quickly. Always EXCELLENT service at my branch. Highly recommend them.

Great inside service, but as for following health advisory on cleaning and disinfecting of bank machines POOR THERE HAS BEEN BLOOD ON THE NUMBER 2 ON KEY PAD SINCE LAST WEEK NO JOKE 7 DAYS AGO I left after noticing and never touched..I come back 7 days later and still there Disgusting during regular conditions but COVID 19 UNACCEPTABLE Update today I went to bank 9:11 am employees inside and with my two kids walked past this People laying sleeping on steps beer bottle beside them And this is not a one time thing Across the street the other banks have security due to this exact issue I am now looking into changing banks its unsafe,ignored health and safety issues arw UNACCEPTABLE I included a photo in photos so it can't be ignored I do get that if people don't speak up it can't be fixed but as I was writing thos six employees cars pulled up and went in all ignoring this

Terrible service. The woman Training the new clerk made me feel like I was on trial as a criminal for trying to get a new bank card for my account. Printed off all my information went to "talk to the manager" because I have a Quebec address. Pretty atrocious behaviour for a bank of MONTREAL

The customer service at this branch is outstanding!! Even at the end of the month, they ensure that the line up moves as quickly as possible and are courtious to those who are not so patient! Wonderful staff and wide range of services for all needs.

Never miss a single bill payment otherwise next thing you know they take 200$ due to late fees in one month and get rude acting like they can't help you. Thanks for this after 8 years of business. Wouldn't recommend.

I am high risk for covid 19 as I suffer from asthma. I voiced this as I don't wanna go into the branch is I don't have to so I always would go to the bank machine after hours as I work nightshift . I am now late on my Bill's because I either slept in that day or it was too busy and I didn't feel safe. None has reached out to me can they not afford security? TD doesn't have the problem obviously they care about their customers health and safety

Hello, I had an incident occur today at this location, there were people in there with their belongings all over the lobby and they were smoking some something off a piece of tin foil. I needed to withdraw cash and did not feel safe. Why does this location not have fulltime security? I went to TD across the street (which has a security guard!) And had to pay $3 to withdraw cash, but at least I did not get robbed. If you are with BMO I highly suggest staying far away from the Market St location if possible.

This is actually a revised review for BMO.I originally had what I thought was a bad customer service experience at this branch.I left a bad review because it was, in my eyes, not a great experience.However...in saying that I have heard from Lisa Silva(branch manager) multiple times since then and she has bent over backwards to mend any bad feelings and explain misunderstandings that happened at the branch. I originally went in d/t a fraud investigation.Lisa went above and beyond again to do anything she could to resolve it.Shes an excellent Manager and customer service champion.Thank you again Lisa.You've been wonderful!!

Customer service is solid, however Lousy hours and locations. No service in the north end now and have not indicated a replacement bank for the surrounding area of king George. Extremely disappointing for such a large company. To only have two locations for 100,000 plus people and to have their flagship closed in Saturday’s is mind boggling.

A beautiful concert theatre with murals on the ceiling and wide, comfortable seats. Excellent acoustics. I saw dean Brody and Andrew Hyatt on their acoustic tour and Dean said it was one of his favourite places to play and Andrew called it the most beautiful theatre he's played to date on this tour.

I had a checking and a credit card with BMO, which was holding 500 from me. I couldn’t use the 500, and spend 4-5 travels to branches, many phone calls, including one 3 hours and 32 minutes, in order to ask them to release 500, and close the account. The result is, they creates a lot of difficulty for me to close the account, and they held the 500 and keep deducting 10.95 monthly fee every month I couldn’t use the account. I couldn’t close it. And couldn’t use the money, I had to pay the monthly fee every month. It’s like robber. And I had to make so many phone calls, to the branches and the credit card I had to travel so many times, to close the account to get some of of my money back, not all. I had 320 left from the 500, which they were holding and deducting but I couldn’t use or get back. Almost 4 hours’ phone call, and didn’t work at all. I literally took a picture of that call. I was so angry.
