I was told I was approved for a line of credit. I had an appointment and I kept in touch with them when I was running late and made sure that I let them to the minute when I’d be there. They neglected to tell me on both phone calls that I made to them before coming in that there was an error with my application and it could not be processed. They called me less than hour before I arrived, one time. They didn’t leave a voicemail. They did not email me. They did not contact my alternate phone number. I drove almost an hour to come. And walked away with an argument with an employee who definitely should not be in customer relations whatsoever. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, even being rude to my teenage kid who asked her to stop being rude to me.

Wish there was a 0 star rating. Horrible customer service outside one lady (dealt with 7-8 other employees). Tried to pay my remaining balance off and they don't take certain credit cards so I offered to make it a payee bill payment of an agreed sum. They originally said it would take 2-5 business days then I called back 3 days later and it was now 5-7 business days. Called back 6 days after making the payee bank payment and they still have no record of payment on their end. The payment was made from a TD Bank account, not some small independent bank who needs more than 5 business days to clear a payment. Also, when signed into my account, they keep adding interest and said they will stop the interest but yet it still keeps adding up. Stay away from this place at all costs!
