En plus de toujours fermé à des heures incompréhensible "exemple 16h un vendredi alors que la majorité des gens finissent à 15h-16h". Quand on tente d'avoir de l'assistance au téléphone il arrivera régulièrement de tkmber aur une boîte vocale où on vous dira de venir en succursale. Sachant que c'est impossible la majorité du temps de venir après le travail ou avant le travail... c'est franchement deprimant. En plus pas moyen d'avoir ibterac flash sur le cellulaire, la BNC est comme toujours "Paypass pour citer qu'un exemple" en retard aur la nouvelle technologie. Bref, à ne pas avoir mes avoirs dans cette banque je serais déjà parti depuis longtemps. Vivement mon prochain renouvellement d'hypotheque pour dire ADIEU à BNC. Ps: c'est sympa de se faire refuswr du service quelques minutes après la fermeture quand je veux juste refaire ma carte de débit qui marche plus puisque vous offrez même pas d'alternative. Vivre en l'an 2000... c'est qusnd même riddicule.
